Im not sure what people love about this trimmer, but it cuts everything not just split ends, it doesnt detect nothing, it took off a lot of my length way more than expected. Theres no trial, because you cannot get a full refund anyways, they give you half the $ back and you lose the shipping, and they say theres no point to send it back as its in China and will be too expensive. Bad quality cheap product.

They deny my full refund
I ordered this item and it arrived not working. I contacted the seller several times requesting a full refund, which is reasonable given the product was defective. They only offered 50%, and after I declined, they stopped responding. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

It didn't take long at all to receive it.
My BFF & I opened it right away & tried it. It worked great! Especially concidered we had both already had been to get our hair trimmed like a week previous. We were shocked at how much more the Luxemend trimmed off. AMAZING!! Our hair was so much more smoother n healthier looking. Great product!

Curly hair here…
I have curly hair and I used it after being brushed and detangled- I had a lot of split ends and my hair was smoother after use. One thing I would recommend is more glide while using the product. I’m not sure if using an oil to aide in this would be good for the blades and inner workings- so maybe some polished metal inside to help with it in a future model

I do like that the trimmer works
I do like that the trimmer works, but it does need to be made quieter because I do not want to disturb anyone with my trimmer. You also may need a model that is made for thicker hair as well.

Editing prior review. The logistics are a zero. I finally after several weeks got the split ends trimmer. I was very wary because the box was crushed and looked like it had been run the F over. In any case opened the box and was relieved to find the product intact. I have to say the product works! Very happy with the results. I am not sure how long it will last, that remains to be seen. In any case, product works, logistics sucks. I would like to have the option of paying more for shipping with a company like Fed Ex or something.
