As many customers before, I got a bit nervous because of the very mixed reviews. I received the product, a Roche Posay sunscreen, after eight days, three days after the stated delivery date. Customer service replied instantely and explained the delivery process very well. So no complaint at all, taking into account the unmatched price. The tracking and emails from the supplier could be clearer though. Therefore just 4 stars.

Quick delivery with good tracking. The product, Margiela shoes from last season, was as expected. However, the price at checkout was slightly higher than originally indicated. This could be due to the high Danish VAT. Here communication could have been more transparent.

My package was sent to a different location and post nord didn’t even bother to correct the error. Other packages arrived destroyed. Worst service ever. If it weren’t for the relative friendliness of the staff, my rating would have been even worse.

After months of automated messages regarding the refund of our cancelled flights Aeroflot informed us that a refund has been made on December 7. Writing to Budget about the issue again I received a bold message that the request for refund was still pendant and that I shouldn’t write them again. I’m deeply worried as this doesn’t seem to be the first case. If my trust in Aeroflot was low, my trust in Budget is way lower

I am very happy with the product I received, a sofabed. However we had an issue with the delivery. I paid for "opbæring", and after carrying the items up to the fifth floor without problems, they refused to carry them the last five meters into the apartment without an additional payment of 150KR. When I mentioned it to customer service they finally agreed to reimburse me, which they never did. The tone of their mails was not very friendly

The only downside is the pick-up- and delivery hour. They do not always call and with the economic option might force you to take a day off from work. But service was quick and everything arrived in good state
