Been going to tealerlab for well over a year and I've personally never experienced any issues with their products or services so far.

Great products, price, and customs service. Had a slight problem with the free sample not in with my order but, it was sorted out straight away and will not affect my experience nor my rating. Exceptional!

Great company and product.

Products are decent but delivery is a rip off, takes far longer than they state and they dont provide tracking, also no free gift, still waiting on my second order but think ill look els where next time after reading these reviews and lack of customer service.

don't order from here. I was convinced to order from them so I did and on my first order I bought 28gram of flower and 7g of hash and it gave me a free gift. waited 4 days and when it came all I received was 7g of hash and the free gift. they robbed me of an ounce of flower. DO NOT order them them because you'll get ripped off

i bought fom them before and paid for small items and used 24 hour delivery the delivery was late but at least i got my order , used them again 0n the 27th of may same format but this time no items arrived got in touch with customer service no answer but according to shopify there is no details of my order been sent or delivered according to they website order has been sent but no notice on delivery , tealerlab have had 3 hours to answer my email , but no reply i dont think my order is going to appear in the future i will not use them again despite them offering %20

Worst company to deal with EVER!! Don't waste your time, energy & most importantly your money! I ordered & paid for 24hrs delivery on my 1st purchase. This was on 8/5 I'm still waiting 12/5 . They have sent no shipping details & on the SHOP app it says waiting for details! I honestly feel I've been ripped off!! Customer service is non existent!! 3 different email addresses I've been in touch with & had no reply from 1 of them!! If my order arrives I'll update but 24hrs delivery doesn't happen,that I know for sure!!!

After reading reviews I was very sceptical so only ordered a little bit. Order came exactly when it said it would and even got a free 7gram. I was very happy so ordered again this time ordered a big variety. Some of them was abit disappointing but ive found a couple I like so will just stick to those. Alot cheaper so will definitely keep ordering

Was sceptical because of the negative reviews but the prices are so good I thought I'd risk it and I'm very glad I did. The package arrived within 48 hours and the quality of the product is top grade. Will definitely be ordering again.

Apart from that the package arrived and is good quality smoke! Very pleased

Due to the bad reviews I contacted the firm after placed order as ot made me panic, I had a reply from them and my items arrived as described and when was told it would come. Highly recommend, and great prices, even had a free 3.5 included. Thanks guys. Honestly really great experience.

EDIT: DAY 3 STILL NO REFUND!! Iv ordered of these 2 weeks ago now, when they eventually sent it out it arrived late, no tracking on the parcel andwhen it did turn up, it was rotten and brown. totally unusable.
Iv requested a return with a refund but again having trouble with customer service, no one wants to reply and if the do they've obviously not even read the message properly.
then to top it of, iv already left 2 reviews on here, 1 then a edited 1 after for them to be taken down, even tho it sat in the guidelines.
Avoid these at all cost, go see your local. better chance.

Placed my order on Saturday and did 48 hours tracked, never received the tracking number and still haven't received my order, tried emailing, Facebook message and instergram dming them but I've had no response

SCAMMERS. Ordered on 10th March for next day delivery. Several messages on that chat and email have gone unanswered,still nothing received by 27th March. Avoid at all costs. Mountbliss.me are far superior, always deliver next day with clear tracking. Now having to claim money back via my bank. Waste of time, don't waste yours!

Paid on the Wednesday received on a Sunday due to paying for 24 hour postage my review is fairly positive my only fault is no tracking is provided and no free samples as advertised..runtz th plus is the one ! My partner also ordered and received fairly quicky also

I ordered and paid extra for 24hr tracked. Then read the reviews and thought i’d been done over. It came late but it arrived without an issue. The tracking didn’t get sent to me hence the 4 star but i received the product.
