About Next Level Physiotherapy in Varsity Lakes
Located in the heart of Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, Next Level Physiotherapy and Strength Studio is a private clinic focused on helping people move better, recover from injury and stay active long term. Our physiotherapists combine exercise-based rehabilitation with structured injury management to create a clear pathway from assessment through to long-term movement improvement.
Your care begins with a thorough one-on-one physiotherapy assessment, followed by guided rehabilitation designed to restore strength, rebuild movement confidence and improve your body’s ability to tolerate training, sport and everyday activity.
This structured approach allows us to identify and address the underlying cause of pain rather than simply managing symptoms.
No referral required • Private health rebates available • Convenient Varsity Lakes location
Who We Help
At Next Level Physiotherapy, we commonly support people who value staying active and maintaining long-term physical health. Many of our clients train regularly, play sports, or simply want to move confidently without pain, limiting their lifestyle.
We regularly help people recover from conditions such as:
As well as those dealing with recurring pain related to training, work, or everyday activity.
Our physiotherapists provide structured rehabilitation designed to help you return to training, sport, and daily movement with greater strength and confidence.
Our Approach To Physiotherapy
At Next Level Physiotherapy, our treatment approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. Every client begins with a detailed assessment before progressing through structured injury rehabilitation designed to restore strength, movement confidence, and long-term resilience.
While hands-on treatment may be used when appropriate, the foundation of our approach is progressive exercise-based rehabilitation that helps people rebuild strength and improve their ability to tolerate training, sport, and everyday activity.
Our goal is not just short-term pain relief, but helping clients develop the strength, movement quality, and confidence needed to stay active long term.
Our physiotherapy services are built around exercise-based physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, and structured programs designed to support long-term recovery. We help people manage pain, recover from injury, and return to training with confidence through a clear, active approach focused on sustainable results rather than quick fixes.

Next Level’s Founders
Next Level Physiotherapy and Strength Studio was founded by Cory and Aleana Myers with the goal of creating a clinic that prioritises structured rehabilitation, personalised physiotherapy care, and long-term movement health. Together, they bring over two decades of combined experience in physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, building a space where thorough assessment and structured recovery help everyday people move well, stay active, and return to training or daily life with confidence. You can learn more about the physiotherapists guiding your care on our Meet Our Physiotherapists page.
