Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Mydentify. By accessing the service, creating an account, submitting information, signaling a product, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Mydentify for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep access to your Google, X, email, and builder accounts secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Listings and submissions
You may submit or claim a product only when you have authority to provide its information. You grant Mydentify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, and display submitted names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, links, and related materials to operate and promote the service.
Submissions may be reviewed, edited for clarity, rejected, suspended, or removed. A free listing may require a followed link to Mydentify to remain eligible. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with your content and destination website.
Signals, leaderboards, and editorial records
Signals are community expressions of support, not purchases, expert certifications, investment advice, or scientific measurements. We may apply eligibility rules, daily limits, fraud controls, moderation, tie-breaking rules, and lifecycle automation. Rankings may change until a board closes. Final rankings, badges, activity, and editorial archives may remain public after a round ends.
Mydentify may correct technical errors or remove manipulated activity. Payment and sponsorship never buy community signals, an organic rank, a win, or a guaranteed recommendation.
Paid products and sponsorships
- Player Pass: the displayed one-time price applies to one eligible product and provides access for the operating life of the Mydentify Player program. Availability is limited and does not guarantee entry into every board, placement, signals, or a win.
- Enhanced or featured services: the checkout page states the price, billing interval, included service, and current eligibility requirements before purchase.
- Sponsor rails and leaderboard sponsorships: the full sponsorship round is charged upfront. Unless canceled, it renews for the same disclosed round price at the start of each new round. You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the placement is rejected or removed for a violation.
Stripe processes payments. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Except where the checkout, a written offer, these Terms, or applicable law states otherwise, completed payments are non-refundable. If Mydentify rejects a pending paid sponsorship during review, the associated subscription is canceled and eligible collected payments are returned through Stripe. To cancel or resolve billing, use the available account or sponsor controls or email hello@mydentify.com.
Acceptable use
Do not manipulate signals or rankings; create deceptive accounts; submit malware, spam, unlawful material, or content you do not have rights to use; scrape or overload the service in a way that harms others; bypass access, rate, or security controls; misrepresent sponsorship as independent endorsement; or use Mydentify to violate another person’s rights.
Mydentify content and third parties
Mydentify and its original software, design, branding, research, selection methods, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Links, product descriptions, prices, directory details, domain metrics, and third-party availability may change. Verify important information with the source before acting.
Service changes and termination
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce capacity limits; and update eligibility or moderation rules. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, fraud, legal requirements, or harm to the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, licenses for retained public records, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will survive.
Disclaimers
Mydentify is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee traffic, backlinks, search rankings, AI recommendations, revenue, product performance, sponsorship results, or continued availability of any third-party service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mydentify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. Mydentify’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Mydentify for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
