Compare the field workflows that matter: voice reporting, patrol accountability, dispatch, schedules and client reporting. Current MissionReady capabilities alongside documented competitor features—not assumed gaps.
Beyond patrols and incident reports: voice-first shift reporting, scoped partner coordination and connected field workflows.
Voice D.A.R., from observation to shift sheet
Speak an entry, review its transcript and summary, and attach it to the chronological shift report. Original audio stays available to authorized users. Submitted sheets lock; corrections are append-only amendments.
Optional spoken answers and handoffs into supported workflows, limited by the officer’s existing role and site access. It stays separate from D.A.R. recording. Wake listening requires compatible foreground device/browser support; iPhone behavior is not yet verified.
Site-scoped push-to-talk lives inside Messages. The existing Voice control uses a tap for D.A.R. and a hold for Radio. Live audio depends on network and device support; transcription and history depend on provider availability. Radio transcript availability is not yet verified for every deployment.
On-duty accountability
Tracking follows the open time entry and stops off duty. A site geofence checks clock-in/out eligibility; leaving the perimeter does not pause tracking. Native background GPS and the optional native-app requirement still need real-device verification.
Invite partner organizations, assign scoped sites, coordinate shift claims and review pay periods without handing over internal administration or billing access.
The offline field queue stores supported checkpoint scans, incident reports and voice memos locally, then retries after reconnecting. Transcription, live dispatch and live location still require connectivity.
Competitor entries describe features advertised in the linked official pages. “Not verified” means this review did not establish the capability—not that the competitor lacks it. Similar features do not imply identical behavior or inclusion in every plan.

Choose the workflow, not a checklist winner
TrackTik documents AI report assistance and a client portal. Silvertrac documents automated daily activity reports, field tasks and client reporting. THERMS documents scheduling, dispatch and a permission-controlled portal. MissionReady brings Voice D.A.R., partner workflows and on-duty accountability into the same workspace.
The table’s sources support these observations. Ask each provider to demonstrate your actual shift, reporting and billing requirements before choosing.
MissionReady’s current plan structure
Free Forever is $0 with 2 sites and 3 seats. Paid plans are flat monthly prices: Solo $9, Starter $49, Pro $99 and Enterprise $349—not a per-officer charge.
Standard modules are available on every plan, including Free; seat and site limits differ. White labeling and API access are Enterprise-only. Paid plans offer a 30-day trial; Free Forever has no trial expiry. Device and service requirements still apply.
Reviewed October 11, 2026. MissionReady entries reflect implemented workflows and the stated limitations, not a real-device certification. Competitor entries reflect official product/help pages or the explicitly identified search-index evidence. No competitor accounts, plan entitlements, prices or performance were independently tested. Some older Silvertrac links redirect to TrackTik; those were not used as Silvertrac evidence.
