Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Southern California.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship most often with USPS, but sometimes UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on cost, speed and reliability.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed you choose. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50USD within the United States.

How long will my order take to ship typically?
Processing time is typically 0-2 business days.
Shipping takes 1 to 6 business days depending on your distance from our shipping center and shipping company speed.


Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, to the USA and some locations. You may want to visit our European website based in Italy for better service. 

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email or text message when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

What if my tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my package?
Check with neighbors, household members, or your building office, and often wait one day. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at your support email with your order number. Returns are shipped by the buyer at their cost. Contatc us for return instructions and an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 1-4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?
Sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and purchase the one you'd like.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be possibly changed if you contact us before shipping. please email us immediately. We cannot guarantee the order will be stopped or not yet processed. 

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at your support email. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped.

Products and Inventory

Are all products in stock?
Items marked In Stock ship right away. Items marked Pre Order or Backorder will include expected ship dates on the product page.

Will sold out items restock?
Some items will restock. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page if available.

Payment and Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported through Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses Shopifys secure, PCI compliant checkout to protect your data.
