Refund Policy for MakerProfit

Last updated 27 September 2026

1. Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the billing screen in your account, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. No email needed. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep the paid features until then. If the portal fails, email joffrey@joffreyio.com and it will be cancelled by hand.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason, and get a full refund — however much you used MakerProfit in the meantime. Email joffrey@joffreyio.com; any clear statement is enough.

3. After 14 days

Monthly and yearly plans are not refunded part-way through a period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Two cases are always refunded on request: a charge you did not intend (a renewal after cancelling, a double charge), and a service that does not do what this site says and cannot be fixed.

Refunds go back to the paying card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

4. Your data after cancelling

Nothing is deleted. The account returns to the free tier (one project), every project and line stays readable, editable and exportable, and resubscribing restores everything at once.

5. Free tier and free month

The free tier takes no card and never turns into a paid plan on its own. A free-month link gives 30 days of every paid feature, with no card; nothing is charged when it ends.

6. Price changes

A new price applies from your next renewal, never to a period already paid, and is announced in the app at least 30 days before — enough time to cancel first.

7. Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, email joffrey@joffreyio.com first. It is faster than a chargeback and reaches a real person. See also the terms.
