We store account, submission, and order records in a PostgreSQL database on our hosting infrastructure, and uploaded listing images in the server file system. Public listing details and images are intended to be visible to visitors. We protect personal data with HTTPS for data in transit, hashed account passwords, authenticated access to account functions, administrator access controls, and filtering of sensitive parameters from application logs. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Account data is retained while your account remains active, and listing data while needed to operate the directory. You may request account closure or deletion of personal data at [email protected]. Order records and related correspondence may be retained as needed for accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. 9. Project Submissions
Launchtory is a curated directory for niche websites, online tools, and digital products. Submitted projects may be reviewed, classified, edited for presentation, accepted, rejected, or removed at our discretion. A submission does not guarantee publication.
Launchtory provides website discovery, directory listings, and paid featured placement. We do not provide FaceSwap, face swapping, deepfake generation, nudify tools, or similar services that manipulate a person's likeness. A listing, category, description, screenshot, or outbound link describing a third-party tool is directory information, not a service provided or operated by Launchtory. Any use of a linked service takes place on that third party's website and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Payments to Launchtory purchase directory publication or placement, not access to the listed websites' tools or AI models.
10. Featured Publishing
Featured Project Publishing is a one-time paid upgrade for approved project submissions. For $19 USD, an eligible project may be published and receive featured placement on Launchtory for one year. Featured placement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, search rankings, leads, sales, or any specific commercial outcome.
11. Acceptable Use
We reject adult content, gambling, phishing, scams, malware, illegal activity, intellectual property abuse, deceptive offers, and other harmful or misleading websites. We reserve the right to reject, hide, remove, or noindex submissions that violate these standards or create elevated platform, legal, or payment risk.
12. Refunds and Removals
For one-time payments processed by Waffo, submit refund requests within 14 days of payment through your Waffo receipt or contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable payment terms and consumer rights; a request does not mean the refund has completed. A completed full refund ends the associated Sponsored placement. A partial refund retains the original placement end date and does not start a new promotion period.
If a paid submission cannot be accepted because it violates our review standards, contact us at [email protected] for review. We may remove a published or featured project without refund if it later changes into, redirects to, or promotes prohibited or misleading content.

Publication review timing
We complete free submission reviews within 48 hours after successful website-link verification and paid submission reviews within 24 hours after payment confirmation. These timeframes promise a review decision, not acceptance or publication. We reserve the right to reject pornographic or gambling websites, and any illegal or misleading submissions.
