You will need to login here to purchase your KPASS.
Your KPASS will live inside the KSU app, which can be downloaded here. Once downloaded, you must sign-up for the app with your Kent email address and student ID number. Your KPASS QR code can be found under ‘my loyalty card’ in the main menu of the app. Please note, it may take a few days for your KPASS to show in the app.
You will also need a physical KPASS Rewards Card (this is replacing the Q-jump fob), which needs to be collected in person from The Venue during the following Collection Times:
- Sat 26 Sep, 10am-5pm
- Sun 27 Sep, 10am-5pm
- Mon 28 Sep, 11am-2pm
- Tue 29 Sep, 11am-2pm
- Wed 30 Sep, 11am-2pm
- Thu 1 Oct, 10am-4pm
- Fri 2 Oct, 10am-4pm
When redeeming your KPASS rewards, you must present both your QR code located in the KSU app, and your KPASS Rewards Card.

If you have purchased a KPASS you must download the Kent Students’ Union app to use it. This app incorporates your KPASS with loyalty rewards, exclusive discounts and more. You can also use it to order from Woody’s!
