Pole studio software handles class scheduling, per-pole booking (clients pick the specific pole they want), class packs and memberships, waitlists, term-based beginner courses, service-attached intake and recurring payments. The apparatus-awareness — knowing which pole each student gets — is the feature that sets it apart from generic class software.
Junocal includes per-pole booking on every plan from $15/month, class packs and memberships, term-based courses, waitlists with auto-fill, and recurring payments through your own Stripe Connect account. No marketplace, no annual contract.
Pole studios have a fixed equipment footprint. Capacity is not just “how many people fit in a class” but “which pole does each person get.” Clients develop preferences: the front-window pole, the back-wall pole away from foot traffic, the pole they always take.
Generic class-booking software treats spots as interchangeable. Pole software needs apparatus-aware booking — a room layout and per-pole assignment. When equipment cannot be used, the studio can mark it out of order and review affected bookings. Junocal is not a maintenance or rigging record.
Pole studios also commonly sell three commercial structures in parallel: drop-in class packs, monthly memberships, and term-based beginner blocks or instructor training. Each is built in, on the same calendar, paid for the same way.
Six capabilities pole studios actually use, included from the $15 Starter tier.
Name and position each pole in the room layout. Clients choose an available pole when pick-a-spot is enabled. A conditioning class can run without spot selection; an out-of-order pole can be removed from new bookings.
Auto-deducting packs (5-pack, 10-pack, intro offer), auto-renewing memberships, members can use packs too, and self-serve member pause. The three commercial structures most pole studios sell in parallel.
Sell a dated beginner block or instructor-training series as one course. Set the sessions, capacity and price once, then let students enrol in the series instead of booking every week separately.
Two modes on every plan. When a spot opens with notice, Junocal automatically books the next person in line. When it opens last-minute, everyone on the list gets an alert and the first to tap gets the spot. Useful for the popular intro-to-pole sessions that often fill weeks out.
Collect payments through your connected Stripe account. Junocal adds no platform transaction percentage; payment-processing charges still apply. Review the available payment methods for your country and account before switching.
Attach a form to the relevant service, ask conditional follow-up questions and collect waiver consent. Choose completion during booking, before the visit or by manual request. Keep each response connected to the participant; form answers are not an automated medical or teaching-readiness assessment.
Coming from another platform? Junocal supports a standard client CSV import and a guided workflow for compatible Mindbody exports. Share a sample export so we can confirm supported fields and identify anything that needs to be recreated or archived. Do not assume future bookings, credit balances, memberships or saved payment details will transfer until that scope has been checked.
Use class prerequisites to check qualifying attendance, instructor approval, or a combination. Checks apply to the participant who will attend, including guardian bookings. Give experienced visitors a clear way to contact your team for a review.
These rules support your studio’s teaching decisions; attending a set number of classes is not proof of physical readiness.
Set up class prerequisites →Look for software that handles the way your studio actually sells classes: named-pole booking where needed, room capacity, beginner courses, packs, memberships, private lessons and intake. Junocal offers these in one account from $15/month. You can also set class prerequisites using recorded attendance, instructor approval or both. Your team still decides teaching readiness; software does not provide medical clearance.
Yes. When pick-a-spot is enabled for a class, clients can choose an available, named pole in the room layout. A studio admin can mark equipment out of order so it cannot be selected for new bookings, then review affected assignments.
Yes. A studio can sell a dated beginner or instructor-training series as a course with a set schedule and price. Junocal manages enrolment and bookings; teaching qualifications, assessments and eligibility decisions remain with the studio.
Junocal starts at $15/month with named-pole booking, classes, packs and courses. Compare other providers using a current quote that includes payment processing, staff seats, required add-ons and any annual commitment; a headline subscription price alone is not a like-for-like comparison.
No. Junocal forms can show conditional follow-up questions and capture waiver consent, but a particular answer does not automatically block or medically clear a booking. You can require form completion during booking, collect it before the visit or request it manually. Your team must review the answers and apply the studio’s own policy; form completion is separate from class prerequisites.
