Regarding the shipping time, we’d like to express our regret that the logistics did not meet your expectations. Please kindly note that all of our items have a processing time clearly shown on the delivery page, which can take up to 1 business day after an order is placed. Meanwhile, the total delivery time is calculated as:

Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please also note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After reviewing your order, we found that it was delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe provided on our website. We understand that some customers may calculate delivery time based on calendar days; however, the estimated shipping time displayed on our website is calculated based on business days.

Regarding the items that are not eligible for return, we would like to clarify that we periodically run promotions where certain items are marked as non-returnable according to the rules of each promotion. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they are defective, do not match their description, or fail to perform as described.

We acknowledge that the non-returnable status of these items may not have been prominently highlighted on the product page, and we sincerely apologize if this information was overlooked. We are actively working on optimizing our website to make such information more visible and easier for customers to notice before placing an order.

Regarding the return shipping fee, we have submitted your feedback to our relevant departments for further review. To help make the return process easier and more convenient while ensuring our customers’ rights, we also provide other friendly return options. Please note that if you are only returning one item, you do not need to pay the return shipping fee.
