A great first experience. Easy to use, good communication & great packaging. An all round excellent service. The items arrived into the UK very quickly and, even with the fees, were a bargain. A++++

So reliable, I never had a problem with shipments whether it was a small parcel or a huge one like car parts! Customer support response does take a while, but I can't complain, they're awesome.

Good service, already sent 4 or 5 batches of parcels. They're working on their mistakes and continue to maintain the high standard.

Long processing and packaging of parcels without feedback.

I have almost nothing bad to say and the stuff that is bad are just the Japanese people taking their time.

The site is very good from a technical point of view, but...
1. the customer service is slow... mega slooooww... and very often incompetent. It is good for one or two purchases, but not suitable for use if you plan to buy systematically (20-40 pcs per month).
2. The way "purchase-stock-parcel creation" is very complicated and unclear. Even customer service can't explain some details correctly.
3. Problem with combine shipping . Even if you buy from the same seller - sometimes they combine shipping, next day - not... and don't wait the answer on your question "why?"
4. A lot of canceled orders on the seller's side (I don't know why exactly, but looks like sellers don't want to deal with this site).
5. Illegal declaration. They include in declarated value not only the price, but also shipping costs within Japan and their fees. It is exactly not concerning Japane's law and creats additional expensices for buyers in time of custom clearence in buyer's country.

Easy purchasing process and items were packaged well with no damage. I noticed they use thicker shipping boxes which likely helped. I prefer their service over buyee and zenmarket, 2 other services I’ve used extensively in the past.

Some great bargains to be had.
Parcels always very well packed .

Buying experience is great. The delivery is fast and safe. But new users have to take note that Sendico functions as the middle man and rejection of "spoilt" product is not automatic and requires separate charges. Testing of functionality is not supported though i have encountered a friendly staff who was willing to do it for me. Thumbs up for the extra mile!

It's probably the best website for buying stuff from Japan. Have faced zero issues so far, and the ability to store your purchased goods in their warehouse is more than generous. The fee is acceptable, and the packaging is quite good; even the ones without additional protection.

Great prices but very secretive on the additional charges you will have to pay for once you create a parcel. Be prepared to make about 2 - 3 additional payments for the same package.
