After ordering and making a mistake on my end, I sent an email out to Canva and got a response within three days and it was so detailed , and even though I was the one that made a mistake I didn’t need to return what I ordered, but I still got a refund ! Very impressed and absolutely love their work so I’m very happy that their customer service is also good !

I think the Canva product is probably very good, it’s just not good for this 70something Boomer. I did not find Canva to be either intuitive or user-friendly. Again, I’m sure that’s because I’m not a Millenial or member of Gen Z.

Uso Canva da anni, sia per l'università che per il lavoro, e onestamente mi ha svoltato la vita. I template pronti mi hanno salvato tantissime volte, specialmente quando arrivano quelle modifiche dell'ultimo minuto o scadenze super strette in cui bisogna fare tutto di corsa. Oltre a essere semplicissima e intuitiva, mi piace che la piattaforma continui a evolversi con funzioni sempre nuove (ultimamente anche quelle con l'intelligenza artificiale o per lavorare in gruppo sono comodissime). Lo consiglio davvero a tutti, dagli studenti a chi lavora!

I use this app every day and, overall, it’s a fantastic tool for designing. However, my biggest issue, and the reason I’ve rated it 2 stars, is the ongoing glitches I’ve experienced over the past few years that have never been resolved.
The lack of customer support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve reported issues multiple times, but it feels like I’m only communicating with an automated system, with no real follow-up or resolution. It’s disappointing to feel like there’s no one available to properly look into these problems.
The main issue I continue to experience is when downloading my designs. After creating a design and downloading it, elements often move out of place, meaning the downloaded version no longer matches the design I created. This has been happening for years and significantly affects my experience using the app.
I genuinely love using Canva and rely on it every day, but these unresolved technical issues and the lack of support have made it incredibly frustrating. I hope this can be looked into and fixed, as the app has so much potential.

Je suis très satisfaite de CANVA. Je l'utilise pour absolument tout, présentations, designs, affiches..

On peut tout y faire. Canva est souvent alimenté par de nouvelles fonctionnalités toujours plus utiles les unes que les autres. J'ai l'impression que sur ce point, l'entreprise est vraiment à l'écoute de ses utilisateurs.

Et pour ce que c'est, le tarif est correct.

I have used Canva for sooo many projects, and it has helped me enhance all of my presentations. The one note I would add is that I have Canva unlimited with my school account, but it doesn't hook up to my personal account, so I don't have access to my usual fonts and features. Overall, I would say that I have a great experience with Canva.

I never got my refund and I will not accept any other charges! If you set up many account to the people without the data it is trap not correct

Easy to organize and create posters and presentations

It took me some doing to navigate thru all the different apps. After a day of wondering thru I managed it!

Canva gave a quick and straightforward resolution to my problem. Loved that it was resolved without any back and forth communication
