A place gets into NUM’s answer by fitting what the guest asked. That is the only way in.
NeverA better spot in the answer
No ads, no ranking auction, no paid badge. On any plan.
$0A traveler’s booking fee
Booking is the same on every plan, the free one included.
$0Charged to a host’s client
NUM never contacts a host’s client first, and charges them nothing unless the host sends NUM’s optional card link, which adds a service charge they see before they pay.
Questions
The short answers.
Still unsure what you would pay? Ask NUM itself. A real person is one message away.
Do I get better places or cheaper travel if I pay?
No. Booking, the priority lane and live fare search are the same on every plan, the free one included. NUM Plus and NUM Pro raise how many trip plans you run at once and how deep NUM researches, and bring new features before anyone else. Nothing else.
What is the difference between NUM Plus and NUM Pro?
Room. NUM Plus runs 25 trip plans at once and 40 deep-research runs a month. NUM Pro has no limit on either, and runs the deepest research NUM can. Both get new features before anyone else.
What happens when I hit a limit on the free plan?
NUM tells you once and offers the plan that lifts it. Or close an old plan and carry on. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your profile. The free plan stays yours afterwards: the thread, your plans, your people.
Which currency am I charged in?
NUM Plus and NUM Pro are billed in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. Business and host plans are charged in the currency of the country you are in.
Can a business pay to rank higher?
No. There is no ranking auction and no paid badge, on any plan. A plan adds history and locations, never a better spot.
Why do hosts pay a plan instead of a commission?
So a host keeps 100% of what their clients pay. A plan buys reach: alerts, the host network, introductions, a shelf to sell from. It never limits how many clients you have. The one exception is optional: if a client pays by card through NUM’s card link, the money goes straight to your own Stripe account, your client sees a service charge on top, and NUM takes a fee from that payment. Both are set out in your host console before you switch card payments on. Nothing is charged on bookings your clients pay you any other way.
Why is the free plan this good?
Because a concierge that answers three questions and then asks for a card is not a concierge. NUM earns from businesses when it sends them a guest who actually comes, so the traveler is not the one paying.
