Ok I figured out I needed to get Nel’s relationship to 6.0-6.9.

What do I do after unlocking the Celestian Form and getting Kimiko to relationship level 1? The bartender doesn’t have any hints to give.

I never said it was difficult. I asked if there were other requirements because I did it for way more than 4 days and Nel never came.

Click the Skills button then look at the bottom of the Upgrade Abilities tab where it says Ability Points: x  (x is the amount of ability points you can spend)  then if you to the right of that you’ll see a button that says Reorder Abilities which will allow you to move your spells and to the right of the Reorder Abilities button there is a button that says OK which will close the menu.

Are there other requirements other than meditating?

I’ve meditated for another 15 days and Nel hasn’t appeared.

How do I complete the hot spring quest? It’s been probably a dozen days and no matter how much or how little I bathe or how much I meditate or don’t meditate or if I eat or not and the bartender is no help he just tells me to bathe at the hot springs.
