"Mehu" means juice in Finnish. Just like juice, your creation can be anything.

Flavours are announced at the beginning of the jam.  They serve as a loose guideline and / or challenge. Your creation somehow relates to the flavours in any way you see fit.

You could of course ignore them, but that would make us really sad :(
