Ho ricevuto un prodotto che non ho scelto. Questo nuovo prodotto costa meno di quello scelto!!!! Ma come si permette Nalda di fare quello che vuole con i nostri soldi!!! Sto cercando di riavere i miei soldi.

Order on online shop handled poorly and lack of transparency.
The first shipment was declared with an incorrect value, resulting in higher import costs. One product was missing and later shipped separately, causing additional customs charges.
The second shipment was also declared with a higher value than the actual price.
Customer service did not respond to multiple messages until contacted in English, and even then no concrete explanation or solution was provided.
Overall, I had to pay extra costs due to their handling, with no accountability.

The company is very trustfull.
The items were very good packed and exactly what is was meant to be. I promite with trust this company.

I order a Runmdeal shilajit and I received a Biyode one, coming from Chinaand not USA! Is a betraying company. They don't send you the right shilajit, actually is called an ointment, and I payied a lot. Check well before to make any order! Do not trust this company.
