If you watch closely the amount to win a certain Jackpot keeps changing on Dream Drops Jackpots..
It's said that it was £111 before the Major Jackpot dropped but when I went back on a hour later it said it was £1200 before the Jackpot dropped.
It's impossible for this pot the won 3 or 4 times a month so it wasn't won then rest within a hour..
It's also says that the Mega Jackpot will drop before £1,701,860 but the Mega Jackpot is over £1,702,000 how is this possible and not been won

Dear Complaints Team,

I wish to raise a formal complaint regarding the handling of my account verification and the continued withholding of my funds.

I deposited funds into my 32Red account but did not use these funds for gambling.

I subsequently requested to withdraw my own deposited money.

I was informed that Source of Funds and Source of Wealth documentation was required before my withdrawal could be processed.

However, I then had to wait for over a week before I was even able to upload the requested documents due to delays on your side.

As soon as I was permitted to do so, I provided everything requested, including statements from my Stocks & Shares ISA showing withdrawals significantly exceeding the value of my deposits with 32Red.

These documents clearly demonstrate the legitimate source of my funds.

It has now been a further eight days since submitting these documents, and despite repeated contact with your live chat team, I have received no meaningful update whatsoever.

I am continually told that my documents are "in a queue" and that no estimated timeframe can be provided.

I find this wholly unacceptable.

While I appreciate that anti-money laundering and customer due diligence checks are regulatory requirements, these checks should be carried out within a reasonable timeframe and should not result in customers being left indefinitely without any indication of when their legitimately deposited funds will be returned.

To date:

I have fully cooperated with every request made of me.

I have provided all documentation requested.

I have received no indication that there is any issue with the documents supplied.

I have been given no expected completion date.

My withdrawal continues to be withheld without explanation.

I am therefore requesting:

An immediate escalation of my verification review.

Confirmation that my submitted documentation is sufficient, or, if not, precisely what further information is required.

A clear timeframe for completion of these checks.

The prompt release of my withdrawal if there is no legitimate reason to continue withholding my funds.

Please treat this email as a formal complaint under your complaints procedure.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no alternative but to escalate the matter to your appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider and notify the UK Gambling Commission of my concerns regarding the handling of my case and the unreasonable delays I have experienced.

I look forward to your substantive response.
