Too much downtime

I started a couple of years ago with rocket.net. At first it was great. I noticed a real improvement with my old host.

Nowadays, in 2026 I have had multiple downtime issues. Especially in January. All my sites where down for almost a whole day on the dutch node.

Last week frankfurt node went down and it took them 5 hours to repair the hosting of that specific webshop. A real shame.

It isn't a reliable host anymore. Don't go here.

Note: in the reply they are talking about one incident, but they are multiple big downtimes. I also have short outages of minutes that are happening too much

SAVED MY WEBSITE!!!

Icaro Benicio from Rocket.net turned one of the worst experiences in my business into an A+ solution. A Bluehost sales associate upsold me into a very expensive cloud based system they were promoting, and then proceeded to fail every step of the way, from a 2 week migration, to my website failing to work properly for an additional two weeks and then completely deleting my new website instead of the old site. It was a long 2 months dealing with them. Fast forward to this morning (a Saturday), I went to Rocket.net, began the chat, and Icaro instantly was at my service. He took everything from the backend of Bluehost and Squarespace, was able to migrate the website within 30 minutes and point my website back to the domain before noon. Bluehost refused to help me until Monday rolled around, wanted to recharge me to ensure service would be provided and the sales associate would not take any of my phone calls to try and resolve the problem in a timely manner. Going from that abominable service to getting 110% fantastic help with Rocket.net just eased my mind. I thought I had lost my website forever and fortunately they were able to recover the last backup fully and do so at a fraction of the price! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly recommend everyone to choose this for a website host!

Arguably the best service out there, the total pacakge

Man, where to begin. I did my research when looking for a reputable web host that checked all of my boxes for me and my clients after a horrible previous experience. Rocket is where I landed, and I don't know what I would do without them.

I appreciate their transparent pricing structure. They don't show up at renewal with surprise price changes or increases, unlike my previous big name host that was recommended by a colleague; he must've low-key hated me to push me in their direction.

The hosting service Rocket provides is everything I was looking for, but their customer service is where they 1000% outshine everyone else. I don't have an extensive dev background, I come from the design side and have learned along the way. It's no surprise there are things that pop up that I need to call in reinforcements, and they've never let me down. I can live chat any time of day, any day of the year. It's not "we'll get back to you in the next 7 days" or "you're #11 in the queue." I don't think I've ever in the past 3 years waited longer than 60 second to talk to a live person, no crappy chat bots. They're friendly, they have a sense of humor, they're super knowledgeable, and if I could send them all some of my homemade cinnamon rolls I would. I've never had an issue they couldn't help me with. Not only do they make me look good to my clients, but as a solopreneur if something were to happen to me I know my clients could reach out to them and they would be taken care of. That peace of mind is priceless.

Are there cheaper options? Sure. But a lot of times you're going to get what you pay for, and it's not worth the risk to me. I don't feel their prices are out of line for everything they provide. They're truly the whole package.

What prompted me to finally write this review was an issue that has been haunting me the last few days with a client site – caching and dynamic content headaches on mobile. I explained my thoughts and issue to Joao and he took care of it. Problem fixed. Sometimes I'm on the right track but don't have the confidence to get into the nitty gritty on my own, and I know I can count on them to talk me off the ledge and help me make it right.

All I can say is THANK YOU to Rocket and their team. I can't imagine hosting with anyone else.

I’ve been really impressed with Rocket.net’s support.

I recently had a complex technical issue that had been ongoing for weeks and was affecting my business. Their team took the time to properly investigate it, and they were able to identify the root cause, something that wasn’t obvious at all and had been missed before.

Special thanks to Mehedi for his help, and more broadly to the whole Rocket.net team for their professionalism and persistence.

This is clearly a support team that knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about solving problems.

Highly recommended.

Please give Ben a raise. He made my life easy and less stressful. I’ve been dealing with multiple customer service situations recently due to my business, having a real shop in New York City and he has made my life so much easier on a Saturday. I also sent him a photo of my dog and he liked it. Please give him a raise. I have been a long time customer of Name Silo.

Customer Service is incredible!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but Ive used a lot of hosting companies and so far my experience has been incredible!

The main thing I want to point out is the customer service - I don't think I've seen another support like it

Instant - no bots or AI to go through, straight to an agent and almost always instantly! Any problem I've had they've been able to tackle (some quite specific problems) and also they've helped me with things that weren't even related to their service (even if i thought it was)! Sometimes I don't know how they do it

Makes using their hosting sooo much better, knowing support is there for anything!

And hosting being lightning fast doesn't hurt :)

Shoutout to Showrav Hasan who was a great help today!

Rocket.net has the best customer…

Rocket.net has the best customer service I ever experience for an online company, and I do not say that lightly. They outdo Google, Facebook, and every big company out there should take note of what they do. Instantly talk to a customer service representative is why I stuck with them for years.

The only reason I am leaving is because I could not build an enterprise app on a WordPress platform. But for WordPress hosting, they are the absolute best!

One of my pet peeves is how big companies try to safe money with AI bots, cheap support staff that is hard to reach and then can't help you anyway. Keep doing what you are doing Rocket.net you are one of the last few who have true human support. The rest are going down the hole.

I have used rocket.net for over a year…

I have used rocket.net for over a year and a half. Any time i needed help the support crew is always very quick and always provided me resolution and provided top notch customer service. Especially Maria Y. She answered all of my questions and helped get me back on track. Love Rocket.net!

Excellent 5***** I would give them infinity star

I moved from Hostinger, fasthost, and so far this is the best server company.... I am so so delighted I choose this company they are helpful and allways go extra mile to help to reslove the issue. Ali Ahmed was amazing and on point and resolved all my issues outstanding service.
