I ordered from them June 2026 they took my money and didn't send my merchandise I ordered

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a rip-off. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are a joke. I was shocked when I received my "quilted" laundry basket, and when I asked for a refund and did everything they asked of me, they refused to refund my money. I won't even bother to donate the items, they are that bad. Be warned....

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They sent me a poor replica of the shirt I ordered. Terrible material, stuck on ornamentations, not embroidered as shown, very cheaply made. Try to get a refund……don’t hold your breath. This web site is a scam run by a company in China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS ON LINE THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

I ordered their outdoor hiking shoes in size 15. When they arrived they were too small. They don’t offer a size 16, so I asked how do I return them. Their customer service said because international shipping is expensive they could not accept my return. I’ve never had a size 15 be too small and the no returns policy is just pure BS.

Ordered hanging solar bird fountain. It was shipped from China and received it with no instructions on how to assemble it. Also no info on return policy. I put it together by looking at a photo online. Needless to say it does NOT work. This vendor is unreliable and no one should order from them. I paid $38 including shipping and have since found it for half that price with other reliable sources. This vendor is a scam.

I ordered the Vintage Bookworm Quilted Tote Bag GFTONL5215. In the picture the bag was beautiful. I read a lot so I decided to buy myself a gift. The bag arrived about 2 weeks ago. We were out of town. Anyway I was shocked when I opened the package. The picture in the bag looks the same but the bag is not quilted which changes the appearance quite a bit. I have been unable to find out who I am to contact. I did call my credit card company and the are launching a dispute and are crediting my account the amount charged. The package gave me no information to help with this problem.

I ordered 2 quilted handbags and a quilted clothes basket. None of these item were hand quilted as represented on the website. The quilting you see is actually a picture of quilting. The 3D effect is the only impressive part of the product. The inside of the bags are a thin plastic material that will tear easily, not the cotton backing advertised.
I did contact customer service about a shipping date as it was over a week from ordering and I did not get a date. They responded timely with information that a date would be provided once the shipping process started. I did get a tracking number in a few days from their email. The order came from China and took a couple of weeks. The tracker was up to date and accurate. So customer service as much as I used it was very responsive.
My review is based on the bait and switch tactic of this company, and I do not recommend them.
I should also mention the since I order from them I am seeing ads for the exact products from at least four other companies, so beware and do your do diligence. My mistake was getting the advertisement pushed to me from an online game I have played for the last 6 years. I assumed they vetted their advertisers they put on their site. Sadly this is not true.

Order two pairs of “orthopedic” shoes size 11.5W. Took weeks to get here but received very poorly made shoes that were way to small.

Poor quality. Service was very slow. But the sandals are extremely poor quality. Cheap materials and workmanship. Definitely not worth the price.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes that were supposed to be leather uppers and ortho support. Size did not fit, no support and the leather is actually a very thin cheap vinyl. Asked for a refund and was denied, but offered a 20% coupon toward next purchase.
They can keep their coupon!!

Lousy product...a supposedly supportive shoe by OUTDOOR brand. Certainly you want to avoid OLDDSHOP for any product. Chinese junk.

I ordered a quilted tote bag and when it finally arrived, it was not quilted at all. Their advertisement clearly shows quilting. Was very disappointed in the product. The customer service department reviewed pictures I sent them and came back saying I received the product I ordered.i would not recommend this company.

Impossibly long wait for order (3weeks), which still has not arrived.
Could not get a delivery date just excuses. Asked to cancel order for a full refund today. No response.
Never again! Beware!

The product, a tote bag, was described as being quilted, it was not. Just a standard printed canvas tote bag. While it’s not what I ordered, I’m just keeping it because their return policy sounds like too much to bother with. The shoes I ordered were not true to size and maybe that’s my fault for not measuring my feet, but they will not be returned for the same reason. I would not recommend this site to anyone as their advertising is very deceptive. Also probably my fault since I didn’t delve deep enough into where these products come from. I will not be ordering from them again. And I will also be much more careful as to where products are made and from where they are shipped.

I placed an order with Olddshop and received no confirmation of the order. I had to contact them to get confirmation, at which time they asked me to be patient because of high demand, so I asked for a refund. They offered me 20% off my next order instead. I have asked for a refund 4 times and keep getting the run around. I opened a dispute with PayPal and am in the process of trying to get a refund through PayPal.

The product sent to me was crap! It was neither as described OR pictured! The 'full leather uppers' of the shoes were (poor quality) vinyl, and the shoes pictured were CALLED navy blue but were much more a 'weathered denim' color. So, I ORDERED full leather upper sandals in (a denim blue described as) navy. I got cheap vinyl crap of deepest navy. I asked for * what I ordered. or * a refund. After complying with their detailed instruction, INCLUDING PHOTOS, my request was denied. This China-based outfit is a total SCAM!,

Very disappointed in the quality of the shoes I purchased 11 April, Orthopedic Sport Mesh Sandals - Multi-Strap Adjustable Design. They tout Orthopedic but the soles are pitifully thin for that message. Order #olddshop-3790. Requesting return and refund. Donating the items to Goodwill,
