Closed my account because I had a winning win/loss ratio a week since opening the account. After last bet won, I tried to place further bets only to be prompted stake must be less than £0.00, went on live chat, they didnt care and when I said I may as well close my account and they said they can help with that, nothing else! I withdrew my balance to then receive an email saying the decision had been made to close my account. Happy to have customers that lose, if you win, you are kicked off the site.

First 4 bets won-they closed my account
I opened a new account less than a week ago and had 4 bets on the World Cup which all won. I made around £1300 profit. I am not a professional gambler and like most people I have lost far more than I have ever won over 40 years of gambling.
Today I received an email saying my account was closed as a commercial decision.
These companies just want you to lose. Just because I had a little bit of luck, they closed my account and paid all money back to my bank.
Absolute joke really. Ironically my 1 outstanding bet on a horse race lost.
Don't waste your time with these people.

Wish I listened to reviews . Please don't join this. I've tried alot of sites over the years and this one is up there with the worst.
£2k in total in , over a few months , bonuses when they finally come in ( only on 20p bet they would appear) are shocking.
Do yourself a big favour. Stay well clear!
