The AA man arrived early and on being shown the car he enabled it to be driven for a short distance to a local gagage that he found . He accompanied me to the garage and drove me back to my destination. He was extremey helpful and I could wish for no more than the service he gave

Wait time was good on the first day of summer holidays (so expected to be lengthy).
AA engineer (Steve) called en-route to advise of ETA, when arrived was polite and informative. Whole process of investigation was explained. Questions were asked to ascertain the problem and advice to not drive the vehicle given. thankfully the van was equipped with a towing rig so could get me to a local garage, where the issue was explained to the garage mechanics. Steve was polite and checked on my welfare throughout the whole event including the journey.
Very impressed and relieved in such a stressful situation. Thank you.

Matthew got to me in only 40 minutes and was very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem fast and got my van running again quickly with a spare belt he had on the van so i was able to get my van home, i still need to take it to a garage on Monday morning but it saved me having to pay for a tow truck.
Great service, i think for the money it cost per month it’s a no brainer having the cover with AA.
