I just wanted to change the portable…

I just wanted to change the portable date and reached out to customer care from App. This simple request is not even addressed. In the name of cost savings, they takeoff the basic customer service also.

I changed my mobile abo to be able to…

I changed my mobile abo to be able to use the eSIM for my Apple Watch, which is advertised for. The feature however, is not proven to work 100% and the service granted to support the users is not sufficient nor does it provide us a proper explanation or resolution. What I remember the most from my many many conversations with the customer service is this sentence: "You just have to try every day till it works!". And speaking af about many conversations: I got 5 calls from Telmore when I signed up. Each kept making excuses for the other one, and since no one could explain to me what is the issue was, I am not sure what they were validating and trying to fix (internally).

My time is valuable and I do not want to change a whole lot of settings on my phone and the watch every day, just to get to the same error E V E R Y D A Y!
Although this is not the core service or feature of the provider, it might be a big deal for someone who's moving their mobile phone subscription to Telmore for this feature.
I joined the Facebook Telmore to Telmore-community, but also here I don't get a clear response to whether this will ever work and why it's not working.

So I moved to 3.dk, and within 24 hours (no kidding), I am online with my Apple Watch. Yay!

I can fully understand your disappointment, especially if you specifically changed your subscription to use the Apple Watch eSIM feature, and instead were met with repeated failed attempts, unclear explanations and a feeling of not getting a consistent answer from our support. Such a bad company and system. Shifted to Telomre with three mobile…

Shifted to Telomre with three mobile numbers. today was the day to shift to Telmore. The QR for the esims don't work in the system. tried different browsers, different devices, also chatted with kundeservice. they are very cold and cannot help. so furstrating and annoying. regretting that i tried to shift to telmore. the old company shifted the phones and telmore don't know when they can fix their system.
the whole family is without a phone connection. Ruin my whole day.

I become Telmore client month ago

I become Telmore client month ago, with my phone number. And since I been moved oficially to this company, I didn’t recieve sim card for 3 weeks, when it happened, my real sim card shows me no service and I still need to stay without my number and data, for what I already paying.
Very bad service…

The network is not coming at all. I am having trouble using this SIM. My WiFi is not connected either. The network is not working at all inside the house.

I’m really sorry to read about your experience 😔

All of our subscriptions are prepaid. This means that the monthly fee is charged on the 1st of the month for the month in which the service is active.

When you cancel a subscription, you can normally still change or withdraw the cancellation up to 24 hours before the number is fully closed ⏳ This means that the subscription will still be charged as usual if it has remained active for part of the month.

Once your number has been closed, any charges covering days where your subscription was no longer active will automatically be adjusted, and the overpaid amount will of course be refunded 💰
