Good process!
Lender didn't adequately disclose warranty information and he was obviously frustrated when I indicated I didn't want it on my loan. I suspect there are incentives tied to warranties when added to an account.

Honestly do not put any of your info…
Honestly do not put any of your info into LendingTree. Don’t try them out. I wanted to see what a second mortgage would cost me and details on it so I put info into their website. I got some good info, but within 10 minutes I had 12 calls and 8 emails. They are honestly the scourge of the earth and a company you should avoid. They sell your info as soon as you hit complete.

This was my first experience with lending point and the representative was phenomenal. He guided me through the process with precision and accurate knowledge of the programs lending. I could not have asked for better and it took only 24 hours for the funds to be deposited into my bank account. I really appreciate the programs open honesty and care it's customers with the application, payments and services.
