A well-run and interesting class, but I think there is room for improvement. In my opinion, there should be introductory classes reserved exclusively for beginners. There is a significant disparity in ability levels. The instructor should also demonstrate alternative techniques for beginners.

Ania is an incredible, supportive, and highly skilled pole dance instructor. She adapts each exercise and technique to suit your skill level, ensuring you make progress every session. Highly recommended! K.

The teachers are very helpful, enthousiastic and attentive in giving technique instructions.

Anna runs a fun and energetic class every time. She makes sure that everyone is learning at their pace, so each student feels like they are improving week on week. The entire studio is a safe place to learn and grow as a dancer.

So thankful I found Anna & her pole class in Cork. I’ve always wanted to learn. It’s been 6months now learning with Anna and thanks to her it became an adorable hobby!Love her energy & vibe! Highly recommended 🙏🏼🙌🏼🫶🏼

I've been doing pole fitness classes here for the last four years and I always come away with a big smile on my face. My strength, flexibility and confidence have grown in leaps and bounds. The teachers are amazing and everybody is welcoming and friendly, and it's so much fun :)
