Very poor experience with Tefal.

Very poor experience with Tefal.

A simple accessory broke, and I ordered a replacement. What should have been a routine process turned into weeks of waiting. It has now been over two weeks, and the item still hasn’t been delivered.

What makes this worse is that the product itself is actively sold in this country, yet there is no proper stock of replacement parts. This shows a serious issue with after-sales support.

Customer service provided inaccurate information, stating the delivery would arrive “by today,” which did not happen. No clear tracking, no exact delivery date, and no accountability.

This is not the level of service expected from an international brand. Selling products without ensuring availability of spare parts and reliable delivery is unacceptable.

I would not recommend Tefal based on this experience.

Great customer service response

I filled in an enquiry form at nearly 17.00 on a Friday evening and within about an hour had received an email response and a phone call from Joao who was helpful and good humoured.

I order replacment part for my airfryer…

I order replacement part for my airfryer from website tefal.ie.
Parcel arrived poorly packed but quality of replacment part is so poor, like I ordered something from Temu, not from such a good brand. Doesnt even fit properly like original! If I could give 0 to this company I would give 0! Tefal never again!

Brand you cannot trust

I purchased Tefal and Jamie Oliver frying pan. Pan got scratched regardless using silicone utensils and hand washing. I contacted Tefal for warranty exchange and my pan was collected for testing. I was informed I will get replacement pan. after 3 weeks I got email saying they will send the old one back. I emailed customer service again as I was previously advised I will be getting new one.i never got any reply plus I was waiting for another 2 weeks to get my old pan back with no explanation. Very dissatisfied.

They sold us a pizza oven with incorrect fittings…

We were sold a Jamie Oliver pizza oven in Ireland by TEfal with UK gas fixtures so could not connect effectively not usable. Their attitude was tough , sort it out yoruselves.
Certainly not the customer service you would expect from a large company.Not to mention item was expensive compared to other versions and it cost us more money & time to rectify !
