Very poor experience with Tefal.
A simple accessory broke, and I ordered a replacement. What should have been a routine process turned into weeks of waiting. It has now been over two weeks, and the item still hasn’t been delivered.
What makes this worse is that the product itself is actively sold in this country, yet there is no proper stock of replacement parts. This shows a serious issue with after-sales support.
Customer service provided inaccurate information, stating the delivery would arrive “by today,” which did not happen. No clear tracking, no exact delivery date, and no accountability.
This is not the level of service expected from an international brand. Selling products without ensuring availability of spare parts and reliable delivery is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Tefal based on this experience.
