Great infrastructure and most importantly competent and responsive customer service. When push comes to shove the boss himself intervenes. I have used Smarthost for many years for my personal projects and for my many clients.
I am very happy with the hosting, which has not given me any problems so far. There are no interruptions, I receive periodic information from the provider, news, updates, etc.
