I’m very pleased with my order, aleady thinking of my next one! Also loved the 2 ml perfume received as a gift, Scento Eclipse, defintelly would purchase again!
Extremely disappointed with Scento. I placed an order on 11 July for 8 fragrance samples, all listed as “in stock” and “available” on the website, and paid in full at checkout.
Four days later, nothing had been shipped and there was zero communication from their side. When I reached out myself, I was told that two of the items were actually out of stock — despite the website showing full availability at the time of purchase. So I paid for products they couldn’t actually supply, and they didn’t bother telling me until I asked.
I sent a clear email asking them to either ship the available items by a specific date or fully refund me to my original payment method (not store credit). It has now been several more days and I have received absolutely no response — not to my emails, not to my messages. No shipping update, no explanation, nothing. Total silence.
This is a week of paying customers being ignored after taking their money. If you’re considering ordering from Scento, be aware that their stock information is unreliable and their customer service does not respond once there’s an actual problem to resolve. I would not recommend ordering here if you need your items within any reasonable timeframe.

Ordered perfume samples from Scento. I discovered they had automatically enrolled me in their monthly subscription (Scento+).
Fortunately my card had expired, so no payment was taken.
This is a very shady practice, no clear consent or visible opt-in during ordering. Buyers, check your account immediately after any purchase and cancel the subscription right away if you didn’t want it. Use a virtual card for protection."

Personalized answers, will always rate them max for that! A human being, judging in context, making proposals to replace what was not available...and I fell in love with one of the replacements proposed by the human being! (not the case with AI though, tried it before, zero match)

I made an order back in April 2026, after contacting customer support multiple times about my order haven’t been shipped, it got shipped almost 2 weeks later, on checkout it said 2-3 business days btw for the estimated time.
When contacting support I was told that due to this delay they would add an extra gift for me because they were “sorry”, and when I made the order I also had a mystery gift as part of a promotion as well. The order arrived almost a month later with ZERO gifts. Didn’t make a fuss out of it.
Then I made another order on July 2026, an item I had became out of stock and they sent me an email telling me about it and a link for me to choose a replacement item or store credit refund, all replacement recommendations were half the price of my item btw. I sent them an email telling them I want them to refund me the amount of the out of stock item back to my card, to which they replied the amount has been added to your account as store credit…
And just now that 2nd order got shipped and I noticed it’s missing another 2 items on top of the 1 they informed me was out of stock. And they issued store credit to my account once again, but this time WITHOUT even informing me. Absolutely ridiculous. As I am writing this I am trying to cancel my order.
Overall horrible experience both times, I will never be purchasing from this company ever again! Not to mention that they are also extremely overpriced!

They have a vast collection of decants at a decent price that are hard to find in other stores. There are only two improvement points I'd say would make customer experience better:
1. Support - I've sent many emails requesting a status on my order to which I've got not reply
2. Time - it took a long time between order placement and delivery
3. UX - I found the UX of subscription and orders to be weird. I found it hard to cancel membership and to check order status and order details

Juices are nice and seem authentic but I am overall disapointed. First, package got misplaced. Then I ordered some 2ml and some 5ml vials but they all were 2ml.
I contacted customer service and am still waiting on an answer. Finally, the vials do not look at all like the picture on the site. They are in plain white plastic.

Came to Greece in just about 4 days which is extremely impressive in all its aspects. Perfume came in great packaging. I just don’t understand the company’s strategy of the subscription service being shoved down my throat but maybe I do. Anyhow, great so far

So badly packaged that two of the perfumes were smashed to pieces. Customer service unhelpful -sent phtos clearly showing the damage and they lept asking for more. The perfumes smashing meant the whole order was contaminated - will only refund the two smashed bottles. Cancelled subscription - not a company I would ever shop with again

For order 612121. The perfumes sent do not match the originals. I have a perfume similar to the ones I purchased, and I can tell that the 5ml decant is an equivalent. I will definitely not buy from this site again. The only positive is the shipping, but the products themselves are absolutely terrible.
