Honestly can't say enough good things about ResumeSpice in general, and Kathy specifically. She was knowledgeable, collaborative and kind at every turn. The process never felt rushed but I was amazed at how quickly each new piece was delivered and how close to final each first draft was.

Turned my weekly ATS Rejected resume into a Back-to-Back call back resume. In addition, they turned me from "viable candidate" to rockstar experienced pro on paper. They then sent a detailed playbook on tailoring. My only feedback is to grant user access to customer LinkedIn accounts so they can more easily do a rewrite/revamp on that front. Their resume career coaching was great too, but it's going to take a few sessions to really build solid ground which can run up the bill quickly.

The writer was very helpful but after I applied to a few positions after getting the final draft and following their best practice, I got rejected by all of them.
I was promised at least going through the ATS but it didn't happen.
