Worst online experience I’ve had from a seemingly large company.
Ordered a cd on their eBay store on the 7th of July and was notified it was dispatched the next day. It says it will take 3-5 days but gives an estimated delivery date of 18-21st of July. Something doesn’t add up there. No carrier service in the U.K. takes nearly two weeks. When I contacted them to ask if it’s actually been posted they assured me it has and that it was sent second class with Royal mail. Then on the 16th I suddenly get tracking information saying they are preparing to send my item. Royal Mail second class postage doesn’t even have tracking. Contacted them again to ask why they mark items as dispatched when they clearly haven’t been. Still no movement on the tracking three days later just says they are expecting the item.
I’ve never had to leave negative feedback before even receiving something but this seems to be an ongoing issue with this company as many people are reporting the same issue on here and eBay. There are thousands of people reporting the same issue so it isn’t a rare occasion as they are stating in their responses.
I doubt I’m ever going to get my cd. It will be a miracle if it turns up as I doubt they even had it in stock or even posted it.
Wish I’d have read the feedback about them before ordering.

Ordered a few brand new cds from rarewaves and arrived very well packaged. It took a bit of time to arrive as i am outside the UK but not too long, will definitely be buying again.

I placed an order in California via Walmart. And suddenly they placed the order from this company in England. It's been 20 days and I still haven't received it. I keep being told it's been delayed. I'm never going to order from England.

Excellent pressings. Found it easy to purchase an hard to come by album. Definitely will buy from them again. Very pleased. 5 Stars.

Ordered an item and was told it would take 3-5 days. I received a dispatch notification. Three weeks later the item still hadn't arrived. After finding how to contact customer service I was assured someone would contact the courier and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back from Rarewaves at all. I have since contacted the courier myself and got my parcel. Terrible customer service

I've ordered from Rarewaves a few times and the process has always been good. My films turned up when they said they would and were in brilliant condition. The times I've spoken to customer services, they have been responsive and helpful.
No notes. Great shop to buy from.

I use Rarewaves frequently, lots great offers and a loyalty programme. I’ve just had a very positive experience with their customer services, so thanks for that. The only slight negative is their delivery times but as it’s free and they arrive eventually that’s ok.
