Visited Josh at Madeley this afternoon after having wax in both ears, 20 mins later all done . Josh is very professional and friendly talked me through the whole procedure would definitely recommend, he puts you completely at ease.

The audiologist was very professional and friendly and explained what he could help with and suggested I spoke further with my GP. I was more than satisfied and very impressed with the service.

Fantastic Service
The lady who carried out my micro suction was very friendly and professional. To have the wax removed so I was no longer deaf in that ear was amazing. Highly recommended.

Painless wax removal
This is my fourth visit to Interhearing at Radbrook Shrewsbury and on everything occasion I have received excellent and professional service. The procedure to clear wax from the ear is painless and I would recommend it it to anyone. Regards Gillian

I was very pleased with my visit
I was very pleased with my visit. I had lots of wax which was very hard and difficult to get out, but Margaret persevered and managed to clear them, and the difference in my hearing was amazing. Thank you.
