I reported a serious defect in a robot lawn mower I purchased from Interdiscount: navigation issues, failure to stay within the configured zones, and a clear risk of the problem recurring.
Their “repair” consisted solely of a software update. I explained that a simple software update could not be considered a proper repair without clearly identifying the cause. Interdiscount replied that “the opinion of a qualified technician carries more weight than that of a customer.” and sent the device back to me.
Result: after I received it back and reinstalled it, the same problem persists. The app shows the robot’s location as somewhere other than its actual position.
The most serious issue is how the case was handled: boilerplate responses, a condescending tone, no real consideration of the problem, and a device returned even though the defect persists.
I do not recommend Interdiscount for any purchase requiring reliable after-sales service.

I sent a request to customer services on Friday when it was clear that it would not arrive, but have still not heard back. I would shop at another retailer rather than take the risk with this shop.

The short version: I ordered an expensive (788 CHF) monitor from InterDiscount and have never received a Swiss power cable for it.
The long version:
15.05.26 I ordered a 788 CHF Dell Monitor from InterDiscount.
18.05.26 The monitor arrived, with only a German power cable. I emailed InterDiscount, asking if they could either send me a power cable or, even better, if I could pick one up from one of their Zurich HB stores.
20.05.26 InterDiscount replied, saying they posted a power cable to me yesterday. It's now 9 days later, nothing has arrived.
22.05.26 I asked InterDiscount why their website still says no one has reviewed this monitor - I have !! They claim that my review will appear once it's been reviewed. It's a week later. Nothing's changed.
29.05.26 I emailed InterDiscount again, just to let them know that, despite their promises, I have never received a Swiss power cable from them, and they still haven't published my review of this monitor.
Lesson learned....
Next time, I will shop at digitec instead. They have free next day delivery, Swiss plugs ARE included, aswell as great customer service, and they are honest enough to *always* publish their customer's comments.
InterDiscount.... you are dreadful. Oh, and your confirmation emails have a Reply-To email address containing "sevice.interdiscount.ch". Yes, "sevice". If you try to email that address, it bounces back. Fix your spelling mistakes....
(And yes, I know it's meant to be spelt SERVICE.interdiscount.ch, I'm just pointing out how unprofessional their "customer sevice" is...)

Ordered a TV on 19.04 with a promised delivery in a interdiscount shop between 29.04 and 04.05. Never got any information about the delay. After checking my self with the customer service, It would be within two days. And guess, it was not. Then I tried to cancel the order, which was possible, but also that doesn't work as I should. Sofar still no information about either delivery or confirmation of the cancellation. To order online with interdiscount never again.

Made an order online on Friday evening. Money was deducted from my bank for the payment but the items did not show up in my ‘orders’ page on my profile. I did not get a confirmation email too. Why deduct someone’s money from the bank & not send all these details? All items are still in my online cart and I was expecting the delivery on Saturday and nothing has been delivered till now. Very disappointing experience.
After waiting several weeks for a repair, I received the product back in the same condition. The original defect is still present, despite being informed that it had been fixed.
I provided photo evidence and clearly explained the issue, but my concerns were not properly taken into account.
Overall, the repair process was ineffective and the handling of my complaint was unsatisfactory.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Ordered a motherboard when the site clearly showed “available tomorrow.” It took 9 days before I even got a response, and only because I called headquarters myself. Nobody reached out proactively. Zero communication.
Headquarters said they’d investigate. A few days later? A confirmation email that they’re… investigating. Not a resolution. A confirmation that they started looking into it. Then another few days pass and I get told it’ll arrive “this week.” It didn’t. The week came and went with no product and no update.
Then the store suddenly tells me it comes on the 19th of March. It was supposed to here at the 26th of February and the store website doesn’t bother updating the expected delivery time. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for something that was supposed to arrive the next day.
When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they insisted me to wait even longer because refunds take 2 weeks. So not only did they fail to deliver, they’re holding your money hostage on top of it.
The price thing is the cherry on top. Some products here are 200 CHF more expensive than competitors who will actually deliver on time. You’re not saving money at Interdiscount. You’re gambling your time and paying extra for the privilege.
Multiple other retailers deliver the same products next day without any of this. There is no reason to order here.

Sent me a phone which does not work (not physical scratches or anything- the phone is not functional and does not operate). I returned it and they sent it back to me refusing to accept a return. 200 CHF for a lump of plastic which does not work.

Had an issue and tried to resolve it with customer support. I wrote detailed email, attached screenshots but they do not read and asked me questions I already provided in the email. After their response I again treied to explain further few more times but they do not read emails and ignore questions. So customer support is that bad and I will avoid interdiscount moving forward.

VERY POOR SERVICE. refused to change delivery options and told me to cancel and reorder later. A week later the price for the same Mac has gone up a lot. So as the price is the same as Apple.ch, I will buy there and never use this shop again.
Note that their response is to say that the above problems were unavoidable - admitting their culpability whilst making no attempt to accommodate their customers. Oh, and losing my custom permanently. Unbelievable.

Very bad experience with InterDiscount.
I asked for a simple size exchange for a watch (same model), because it was far too big for my wrist. It was a Christmas gift, opened only at that time.
The most problematic point: at the time of purchase, you are not clearly informed that you only have 14 days for returns. You have to go and read their return policy on the website yourself. Nowadays, most retailers offer 30 days or more.
After several unanswered emails and multiple calls with promises of a callback that never happened, I was finally told that no return or exchange was possible, with zero flexibility or goodwill.
Customer service is slow, rigid, and not customer-oriented.
I absolutely do not recommend InterDiscount.

Pathetic Service. My new Microsoft Studio Laptop, a mere 3 yrs old, died out of nowhere. Ofc guarantee just ran out then. They ofc couldn't care less about the pathetic performance. They want to charge an addional fee of 100(!?!)CHF just for sending it to Microsoft for repairs and do not provide any replacements for the one or two months you are without a device. Hard regret shoving 2000 bucks down that greedy neck. Never again, beyond pathetic!

I placed an order for a product on, say Day 0, and without prompting for delivery option, Interdiscount took the option chose by me for the last order, automatically. Realizing this, I immediately called customer center, as there is no cancellation or modification option on their site. The customer center staff suggested me to place a new order for the same product with home delivery option, and confirmed that they would cancel the first order and issue me a refund. Cut to Day 6: I got my second order home delivered but the first oder was not cancelled. Called the customer center again and this time they sent me a confirmation mail stating that they are retuning the product to the storage. Cut to Day 9: got a second notification that my order (the first one that was supposed to be cancelled) is ready for pickup. Called the customer center the 3rd time. This time the customer center executive - with full confidence, said - don't worry. no email, no phone call any more; I am doing the needed. Day 12: No action taken. No cancellation. Called again the customer center and the person received the call was the same person (he confirmed it after having apologized thrice) who attended my call on Day 0. -- Still no communication. I wonder if - the IT systems of Interdiscount are broken, or the standard operating procedures are not uptodate, or the staff working there is incompetent. This problem would have not been there if the so-called "competent" staff had cancelled my order the same day it was placed - as they also promised. DO NOT BUY anything from Interdiscount ONLINE. There are better online platform with full flexibility. Use them. I have learnt my lesson.

on the 12.09.25 I ordered an iPhone in presale. On Monday 22.09 I receive a package but there was no iPhone inside. They put a bower bank instead. I immediately contacted the company about the mistake. The next day I went to interdiscout shop near me to give back the power bank I did not order. Since then nothing has change. I still have no phone or no info from the company. Interdiscout doesn't care about me and my problem, the only info I've been receiving is that I need to wait. Seriously buy anywhere but not in Interdiscount

So you order, you pay, they don't deliver and they keep your money. Best advice is to keep your money and never trust this company.
Awful customer service, they don't answer phone, only email... when they answer.
