Missing phone
I ordered two mobile phones and I only received one. When I called them they told me that I have to send documentation so they can start an investigation on the missing phone and wait at least 10 working days until I see how the investigation go.

Transparent and no nonsense during the whole experience. I can only recommend them. Especially when they have phones which the Danish stores dont have !

Honestly not Gomibo's fault as it is UPS who are not delivering my package. The package is being continuously looped around in their system and I am receiving 0 information about its status. Not only that, when I called UPS customer service they lied to me about the status of the package.
I promised Gomibo to change my review upon confirmation they contact UPS and resolve the issue as UPS are giving me the runaround.
EDIT:
Package finally arrived a almost a week late. They really shouldn't use UPS to ship to my country as their tracking info is appalling

Warranty
According to Danish law, if you cannot repair or replace with a similar item within warranty, you need to refund.
Refund is not the same as a Voucher valid for a limited part of your webshop.
- Update - after filing this, gomibo has explained, and offered me a 10% refund, whch i have accepted. - i will add a few stars to this review when i receive the refund.
