Arrogant and threatening tone and service. Unpleasant experience.

1. Long waits for responses to queries on delivery of bought article - 72 hours. minus a Star.
2. Unrealistic delivery times, being over twice that "estimated" on website. minus a Star.
3. Maintained PayPal had made a refund when no funds had been transferred. (30 Day Plan) so various emails sent with threatening content, for payment despite accepted but ignoring PayPal 30 Day payment plan. Quote - " Pay in 7 days or will initiate collection Procedures". - Minus a Star.
4. GLS delivery to a GLS Service Point (unnotified) iso Personal Address, necessitating an extra effort to pick up one's own packet. Minus a Star.
5. Returns at cost to Buyer. Minus a Star.
6. Good Price - latest Product - Plus a Star.
Now have concerns how service responds to any after sales support , if and when required.
Unpleasant experience and I would have gone elsewhere if the same product was to be found even if it had cost more.
