Very poor showing in customer service, etc.
Very poor showing in customer service. I feel lied to and poorly treated. I get the feeling there's more retail lifers grinding through their lives than anyone that knows anything meaningful about frames. I feel like I was an audience to a script, and not consulted by an expert. You can't fake humanity, and there is none left at Framebridge. No glass, no glare reduction, limited selection, and much turnover at the 'studio' assembly line warehouse they send all their frame jobs to, located several states away. All of the prices they put on their big ugly McDonald's menu is comparable to, or more expensive than, boutique framers who frame on site and offer WAY more expertise/selection. This place is for doctor's office's and people who like the art in doctor's offices and don't really care about art or photography much at all. Very poor showing by a very ChatGPT scripted company. It was like talking to AI kiosks with even more brown attached nasally. And it was insulting start to finish. Do not frame with warehouse assembly lines like framebirdge-to-failure if you care about what you're framing.
best gift for my best friend
My best friend told me she was pregnant by writing it on a tiny slip of paper in a game of salad bowl, so i framed it for her as a gift! It was so fun and she loved it.

Customer for life
I have loved Framebridge for years and have had great customer experiences both ordering online and in person at my local store. Framing pictures and items from trips and events have made great, memorable, and easy gifts for friends and family. The quality of all the frames I’ve ordered has been top tier from a float mounted dinner menu to a framed picture holiday ornament. I’ve always been pleased with their attention to detail, customer service, and craftsmanship. Couldn’t recommend Framebridge more whether as a great meaningful gift option or for your own personal collection.

Making memorable gifting fun & rewarding!
As someone who sometimes struggle with gift giving, finding Framebridge has been the biggest blessing and the most rewarding and comforting to fill my home and others with beautiful moments of our lives. I go into my local Framebridge frequently to check out their recent framing, it feels like a museum! They also support our local community through events and even free Santa photos during the holidays! Thanks for filling my home with incredible memories, making gift giving a little easier, and for providing our community with spaces to exchange creatively.

We love Framebridge
We love Framebridge. It’s a quick, easy way to surround loved ones with art (we’ve sent art pieces for which they supply a box) and special photos. Our family all lives somewhere other than where we are so it makes sending gifts easy. We use them online. It’s an easy platform for photos. We pull photos from our library, upload them and in seemingly no time, we have a lovely framed photo in a frame of our choosing that matches the home decor of the recipient, arrives in a well-constructed box, and includes a gift box with a note. The art pieces turned out great as well. Framebridge has become our go-to for everything from gifts to projects.

Easy and high-quality!
I've been using Framebridge for 10+ years – online and in-store at Cobble Hill and Houston – and have probably framed around 25 items at this point.
I like to go into the stores to actually see the frame options, and the staff are always helpful without being overbearing. Customer service has been great the few times I've needed it – a long time ago one of my posters was lost in the mail and they replaced it.
Most recently used the Farrow & Ball line for a bunch of old family photos and they turned out really nicely. Also love the American Hardwoods frames, the float mounting option, and all their linen mats.

I recently ordered two framed photos of…
I recently ordered two framed photos of my newborn son to gift to his Grandma and Nana for Mother’s Day - the frames arrived in days and were delivered in beautiful boxes. Overall the experience was easy and quick, and the frames are exceptional quality.

My go to framing company
I’ve used Framebridge to frame a wide range of pieces that matter to me — my wife’s original artwork for our home, our wedding invitation and menus, and around 10 original works we’ve collected while traveling. The breadth of what I trusted them with should say something on its own.
The design and ordering experience made it genuinely easy to compare frame options across very different pieces, which matters when you’re trying to make ten travel finds feel cohesive on a wall. I ordered across mobile, desktop, and in person depending on where I was, and the experience held together across all three. Pricing was transparent and felt fair for the quality — affordable without feeling cheap.
A few pieces needed rework, which I’d normally see as a negative. But the team was upfront about what went wrong and why, and the final results were perfect. Honest communication on a custom product is more valuable to me than a flawless first pass. Turnaround was on time throughout. I’ll keep using them.

I love Framebridge
I love Framebridge. I’ve framed countless pieces for myself and as gifts over the years. I love that I can design something that feels genuinely unique each time. I used to use their mail-in service but have enjoyed seeing materials and dropping off my art in person since they opened stores. I’ll be a customer for life.

Great Service & Quality
I love shopping at Framebridge for both gifting and my own home. Shopping at the Georgetown store is both fun and convenient. I recently got French oil paintings framed in the Farrow and Ball frame with matching mat. Can't wait to hang it in my home!

Great for gifts
We’ve made a habit of trusting Framebridge with some little wedding gifts. We grab a cocktail napkin/matchbook/another item from the ceremony or reception and then have it framed to send along to the bride and groom. We’ve done this several times and it’s a hit. The quality at Framebridge is always great and makes such a great gift. I had a store open near us recently, and it’s even better than past experiences of online only.

good service
Good service, they did a great job framing one of my pieces, then when there was an issue with my second piece, they made it right.
Multiple issues with my first order
Multiple issues with my first order. My art was hung upside down, chipped frames (because they are cheap and chip when the wind blows), crappy hardware that ruins your walls, and they use some kind of plastic instead of glass. Looks visibly cheap like Ikea quality. And completely distorts reflections which makes it look even cheaper. I hung one of my pieces next to a window and had to take it down because of how distorted the plastic looks. Looks better in a room with zero natural light. I am sure after 1 move with these they’ll be trashed. Paid almost $800 for Amazon quality. Insane.
Lifelong customer solidified
I've used Framebridge a few times now, and the results have been fantastic; easy to use, customizable, great quality and all. What brings me here is my most recent experience: I mistakenly uploaded the wrong photo to my frame. They sent me a second frame with the right photo free of charge and told me to keep the original as a gift. That's the kind of stuff that makes a lifelong customer.
I love Framebridge
I love Framebridge! I am a super fan and have recommended this company to all of my friends. They are so affordable, picking out a frame is easy, and the quality is good! If you've ever been to an in-person frame store, you know what an expensive nightmare it is. I am so glad Framebridge exists.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Spent almost $700 on three pieces, one came back not the way it was ordered. It was sent back and its still waiting to be addressed. Not sure why no one cares and I have no timeframe as of yet. What a way to waste $ and give a gift thats not finalized. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
Lost My Artwork
I trusted Framebridge with a valuable art piece, and they lost it. The experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. Beyond the sentimental and financial value of the piece, the lack of accountability and resolution has made this even worse. Customers should know that Framebridge's handling and tracking process is unreliable, and if you send them something valuable, you risk losing it permanently. I would never use their service again and strongly recommend others think twice before sending them anything irreplaceable. Despicable.
Good quality frames albeit pricey
Compared to competitors they are pricey and I understand this but compared to the other reviews I had no issues with the frames in question delivery was right on time too
The maple wood frame was an excellent quality finish and looks fantastic quality wise they've held up extremely well
Great experience for oil painting
I know people have had mixed experiences with them. I used them to stretch and frame an oil painting and they did a great job. Very quick turnover and packaging was great. Also 40% cheaper than my local store (i live in nyc).
I would rate a ‘ZERO’ if possible
I would rate a ‘ZERO’ if possible. First of all the mat choices are only an ‘option’. The framer will ultimately pick what ‘ they think’ looks best…. ???…. Well then why am I ordering a ‘CUSTOM’ frame? Secondly, there are different mat colors to choose from, you just don’t have access to them as a customer but once they screw up and you call them out they are quick to let you know there are other mat colors and they will send you a copy of the color palette. HOW BASS ACKWARDS IS THIS?
DO NOT ORDER THE BRASS FRAME!!!!! You cannot SEE the writing, pointless.
I’ve ordered a dozen times from Keepsakee and wish like heck I would have stayed with them. The people at Framebridge are extremely nice but very puppeteer and their sponsors problems are never solved, They’re just postponed.
I asked for some credit because of number one the frame brass piece I had to have replaced and that was two trips back-and-forth to the trophy store, which is 60 miles round-trip each way plus the cost was $35. They gave me nine dollars and one penny credit. They just refunded the brass plate which they should’ve because it’s a piece of junk.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use this company; poor quality, poor workmanship, poor organization. A lot of headaches come with ordering from this company.
