Deliveries on time. Especially prices on Shiseido products are the best. Haven’t had any issue at all with Flaconi.

If i could rate with 0 i would give zero. I was caught in an AI hell. paid for my or a mistake in the shipping note from Flaconi. It took Postnord many days to answer this, and Flaconi is answering via AI customer service that they have sent the goods. Then they write that they are sorry and i will have my money back, then write no the package is on its way, then again that they are sorry and i will have a refund. When pushing for a my refund they say i have it in 7 days, then after 8 days and i ask again where my money is, they say that they are waiting for my return!!!! there is nothing to return when you never received a package due to Flaconis mistake. I just want my money back ASAP.... and thewy are keeping me hanging... so my advice dont shop there, other companies have better service and do use correct shipping notes.

Jeg har lige skreet ovenstående i den tyske version, men tænker, at jeg lige ville fraråde jer alle. Mine "penge sidder fast", da Flaconi først ikke sørgede for, at jeg fik mine produkter, og nu mener jeg skal returnere de produkter som jeg aldrig modtog, grundet en fejl fra deres side. Det er jo absurd... Så godt råd, bare lad være med at købe der er bedre alternativer derude md gode priser. Har ventet siden 23. marts.

The factory didnot add my email adress to my parcel which caused that I couldn’t collect my parcel from postnord box and used too much time to find out what the problem is and at the end I have too collect it with 1 week delay from another place.

This website, trustworthy, good packaging, nice offers but takes a bit longer to ship. Overall, highly recommended.

I bought 2 creams (EUR 100 approx - 794,43 DKK) from the Japanese brand Shiseido. Flaconi confirmed the shipment of the order to Denmark on the 29 september 2025. Unfortunately I didn't manage to pick up the package and I wrote the company, that I needed my money back but intended to buy a new set as this was an accident. Flaconi confirmed to me that they had gotten the goods back on the 10th October 2025.

Despite several emails I never got the money and my bank is not investigating the matter. Flaconi said they had transferred the money to my account but the never provided any type of confirmation or even a date for the transfer.

This was a very very bad experience. I am very dissapointed with the company and with such terrible handeling of a case I will of course never buy anything from this company again. Usually, I get things at Deloox and maybe I will return to them.

Update on 16. december 2025: Flaconi now flagged this review - so they are keeping an eye on their reviews on Trustpilot. But as mentioned before, I never got my money back. What a bad company.

Ordered a DIY advent calender with little bags and 24 gifts. I got the calender fast. When assembeling the calender by the end i found that there was only 23 gifts. They insisted i opened the entire 23 gifts to show what i got. Which would mean i could not reclose them afterwards. 4 times i tried to explain what was missing . 5 times i got the same response. I give up. Really disapointing. Feels like they are waiting for me to give up.

Just bought YSL libre intense 90ml and its definitely authentic. Nice packaging too. And amazing prices. Definitely my new perfume plug!
