Easy to buy

Easy to buy, not so easy to install with only mobile data. Some help with iphone settings to get the best out of the esim would be helpful. Overall an easy purchase and it served it’s purpose very well while I was in France.

The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful

The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable and very patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and guided me through all the steps I needed. She spent a good amount of time helping me to make sure I was confident that I had everything I needed in place. I’m really pleased I chose this service.
