Soft Exit Scam during shutdown. Support pretends to help, blaming 'technical issues' and claiming 'they are working on it', but nothing ever gets resolved. When you try to withdraw your skins, you get a constant 'Failed to create trade offer' error. It doesn't matter if you try day or night – it is completely impossible to get your skins or money back.

hey dear bitskins! Thank you for your damn valuable answer, I didn't even notice when I got to the page that a two-week extension had been announced. Even though it was written in cat-sized letters 🫣 I don't think there are any technical problems other than the fact that €1300 is somewhere up your ass 🤪 I appreciate and once again I APPRECIATE your sheer damn attitude towards this matter, and how you have handled the users' problems so well 🙏 So €1300 just disappears like a fart into the Sahara, and the whole time it's the same song that they're trying to come up with some kind of fix for it so that the lost funds can be withdrawn. 💩

I know deposits have been disabled because BitSkins is shutting down, but if API deposits could be temporarily re-enabled, I could buy around 100,000 Paris 2023 Sticker Capsules from the marketplace.

This would remove a huge number of remaining listings and help reduce the amount of items that would otherwise need to be returned to users after the shutdown.

If there’s any chance to make an exception, I’d really appreciate it.

They're running a textbook exit scam. They've kept my money and just blocked my account for ticket spam. I've been waiting two months for my money back, but I understand it was just an exit scam. This site stole $600 from me.

They kept stalling until yesterday when they finally got fed up and banned me from Bitscam.

I don't understand the positive reviews people are leaving when they're running an exit scam.

You still havent fix my missing balance and now you guys are ghosting me. You gave me an assurance and now no one is answering? Why? You guys are guilty? Stealing money from people? Scamming us and shutting down the platform? Exit scam? Ive been patient for a long time already, now i have enough. The purpose of that money is for my graduation!

Most of the time I would get my answers and close the raised ticket myself. So trustworthy and not complex to operate bitskins. Im level 2 KYC.
Sad to see website shutting down. Hard times can't do anything.

Great site, fast and reliable

I had a skin on the inventory, and for the shutdown the skin disappear and i lost. i lost my money. im being stealed.

Too bad they are shutting down.

I liked their interface, liquidity for many items, support, pricing, etc.

They're legit & users offer legit prices.

However, that recent funds bug that happened in early May, just .. unspeakable, funds disappeared completely with no trace or history, for over a month, yes the support confirmed the bug and they're working on a fix, but man over a month for this! Not to mention other users problem with withdrawing items.

But their support is good and acknowledged their mistakes and they are trying to be helpful.

I'd gave them one million star if this funds bug didn't happen. Still too bad they're shutting down.

I've bought on bitskins without issue for years, and I've always been very happy with my small time skin purchases.

So when I found bitskins was closing, I figured I'd finally pull the trigger on buying a knife that I had been considering for a while.
Nothing extravagant, just a Huntsman.

Transaction complete, it's in my Bitskins inventory.
In that inventory I also have a sticker and a UMP skin (Together worth about 30 cents)

Those are the only three things I need to withdraw in order to close my account as directed by Bitskins webpage notices

So I go through the Withdrawal process for all three items at the same time, and I get the trade offers for the cheap stuff right away and their in my inventory perfectly fine,

but the knife won’t withdraw.

“Our bots have lost steam sessions” and “Withdraw offer ‘xxxxxxxxxxxx’ failed to create the trade offer”.
Messages like these every time.

Two days later and the knife still won’t withdraw.

Sucks that you shutting down.
I really wanted to sell my skins and move on with my life.

Sucks that I have to move to another platform with less benefits because I wasn't an account on there for long, even if the benefits are miniscule.

ive been withdrawing my 2 aks for a week now their support sais to try again in 30 minutes and bitskins is shutting down on 30th of june...

I am unable to withdraw any of my items, and customer support appears to be unavailable.

I currently have more than $1,500 worth of skins in my BitSkins inventory, but every withdrawal attempt fails with an error. I have contacted support multiple times and have not received any response.

With BitSkins shutting down, this situation is extremely concerning. At the moment, I have no way to access my items or get assistance resolving the issue.
