DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO USE THIS COMPANY. 4 TINY MEN TURNED UP ALL OF MY POSSESSIONS WERE DOWNSTAIRS READY TO GO. FIRSTLY THEY TURNED UP AT MY NEW ADDRESS INSTEAD OF MY OLD ADDRESS WHERE I NEEDED TO MOVE FROM. SO THEY WASTED TIME THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE THERE LESS THAN 13 MINUTES, BECAUSE I AM LESS THAN 7 ST IN WEIGHT I COULD NOT GET MY MATTRESS OFF THE BED AND I ASKED THE MAN IF HE COULD JUST HELP PULL THE OTHER SIDE HE REFUSED CALLED HIS MANAGER AND SHE TOLD THEM TO GO LEAVE. THEY DID NOT TAKE ONE ITEM TO MY NEW ADDRESS I WAS ALMOST HAVING A HEART ATTACK AS I HAVE A HEART CONDITION AND I'M DISABLED, AT ONE POINT I COULD NOT BREATHE WHILE THE MANAGER WAS ON THE PHONE WHILE I STILL DESPERATELY CLUNG TO THE MATTRESS TRYING TO GET IT OFF THE BED. I COULD HAVE GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO SORT THE MATTRESS BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ONE ITEM FROM MY HOME I CHECKED THE CAMERAS THEY WERE THERE LESS THAN 13 MINUTES I SAID TO THE MANAGER I WANT A FULL REFUND SHE LAUGHED AND SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT MADAM THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS I KNOW THEY'VE BEEN THERE 20 MINUTES AND I SAID I KNOW YOU ARE LYING AND YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN ONE ITEM TO MY NEW ADDRESS AS AGREED WE COULD HAVE LEFT THE MATTRESS I COULD HAVE ASKED SOMEONE ELSE FOR HELP. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH THEY HAD NO RESPECT, I TOLD THEM I HAD DISABLED HOUSE CATS THAT STILL CAN GET OUT OF THE HOUSE THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET THEY LEFT ALL MY DOORS OPEN. I HAD DONE EVERYTHING I COULD AND EXPLAIN TO THEM I HAVE A CONDITION WITH MY HEART AND ALSO P.O.T.S DISEASE. THANKS TO MY HUSBAND WHO HAD THE STRENGTH TO FIGHT FOR ME I GOT MY REFUND AT FIRST THE BANK TOLD ME I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL UNTIL HE GOT INVOLVED HE SENT THE EMAIL TO ME ABOUT THE JOB BEING CANCELED I SENT IT TO THE BANK AND I WAS REFUNDED IN FULL SO NOW I AM LAUGHING IN THEIR FACES THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS AND I SHOULD HAVE READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST. I WILL BET ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY AS IT IS AN INDIAN RUN COMPANY ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. IT WAS ALREADY EXPLAINED TO THEM PRIOR TO THEM ARRIVING THAT MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND ARE BOTH DISABLED AND I STILL MANAGED TO PULL OUT THE FRIDGE AND SHRINK WRAP IT I COULD NOT MOVE THE THE CORNER SOFA OR THE GYM EQUIPMENT, ALL OF WHICH WAS MENTIONED NEEDED REMOVING. THEY TOOK £228 FROM ME FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY WERE THERE FOR AN ENTIRE 13 MINUTES AFTER GOING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THIS COMPANY IS PROBABLY A LEGIT COMPANY THAT THEY WORK FOR THROUGH THE DAY AND THEN AT NIGHT TIME THEY SCAM PEOPLE I WATCH AND I KEEP UP WITH EVERY SCAM THERE IS ON YOUTUBE. AND THIS IS A VERY COMMON SCAM WHERE A COMPANY WORKS LEGITIMATELY THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THEN THE NIGHT STAFF COME IN OR SOME DAY STUFF STAY ON AND THAT'S WHEN THEY START SCANNING PEOPLE IN THE UK AUSTRALIA AMERICA, TO COVER THOSE TIME ZONE.

Profesional team means everything
Today was incredibly hectic as I tackled moving everything by myself. I was initially disheartened when my first driver canceled on me, but I reached out to the Anyavan team for assistance. Even though I might have been a bit frustrating to them, the team on the phone was wonderfully calming and went above and beyond to arrange another driver for me, even at a higher cost. It turned out to be worth it, as my new driver, Eugene, was not only professional but also very helpful and understanding throughout the process.
Top tier customer service.
The service was affordable and effective, I was kept up to date with every step of the way, was even able to edit my item list up to 24hrs before the collection day. The companies customer service through WhatsApp is also very responsive and reliable, was connected to an agent straight away about a query. My collection and delivery driver, Sunny, was an absolute gem, he made the moving process so easy and stress free. As a university student I was slightly worried, especially as sometimes the vans are shared between other customers. However he was very reassuring and my items arrived in perfect condition, he even asked if there was any fragile items so he could take extra care while driving. Exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Sunny and the AnyVan service.

A special thank you to Laur and Gobith, who were exceptional throughout. They were friendly, courteous, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, were happy to help with everything, and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and hassle-free.

The worst experience possible.
The experience was honestly, one of the worst pieces of customer service I've ever experience.
The original team booked to support our move were unavailable, so an alternative was sourced that arrived four hours later than we were expecting. The two movers spoke very little English, so communication was very difficult throughout, especially trying to explain when things were fragile. Because of this, they didn't inform me that drawers needed emptying, so instead of giving me the option to remove items and repack, in every bedroom they just poured the contents out into large piles in the middle of the room, which added a huge amount of additional time and effort on my part to move the rest of the contents. They also caused significant damage to the rental property I was leaving, and damaged multiple pieces of furniture in the process. Honestly, this was a disaster from start to finish.
