Terms of Service

The terms for using HyperGSC, connecting your accounts, and subscribing to paid features.

Effective October 3, 2026. HyperGSC is operated by Carl Brownson. For privacy, account, billing, or legal questions, contact help@hypergsc.com.

1. Using HyperGSC

HyperGSC connects Google Search Console and optional analytics and SEO tools to supported AI clients through MCP. These terms govern your use of HyperGSC, operated by Carl Brownson. Contact help@hypergsc.com for account, billing, or legal questions. Use HyperGSC only if you can enter a binding agreement and have permission to access the accounts and properties you connect. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and credentials

Provide accurate account information and protect your Google account, API key, and connected-client credentials. You are responsible for the clients you authorize and the requests they make on your behalf. Review your property selections and client permissions regularly. Replace a compromised API key and revoke unwanted authorizations promptly. Signing out ends your browser session but does not disable connected agents.

3. Authorized and acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within your plan’s limits. Do not access data without authorization, bypass access controls or quotas, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Do not resell access to your credentials. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to submit URLs, keywords, and other information, including when acting for clients.

4. Plans and usage limits

Free and paid plans have different property limits, tool access, and request allowances, as shown on the pricing and billing pages. Browser and MCP requests share the applicable quotas. Dispatched paid-tool requests count toward your allowance even if the external provider fails. Invalid inputs rejected before dispatch, unavailable configuration, and denied access do not count. If a downgrade leaves more selected Search Console properties than your plan permits, reduce your selection before making further Search Console requests.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Dodo Payments and renew at the monthly or quarterly interval selected at checkout unless canceled. The checkout displays the amount, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval before you purchase. Quarterly billing charges for three months at a time. Paid access begins when the payment provider verifies an active subscription. Keep your billing information current; a failed, paused, expired, or canceled subscription may return your account to Free access.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Manage your subscription, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the customer portal linked from Billing. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period leaves paid access available while the subscription remains active; the portal shows the applicable date. Disconnecting Google or signing out does not cancel billing. Any refund conditions disclosed at checkout apply subject to mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not limit a statutory withdrawal right or a refund required by law.

7. Your data and connected services

You retain your rights in the information you provide and authorize HyperGSC to process it to deliver the requested features. Search Console tools are read-only and limited to selected properties. Optional Analytics permissions are separate. By connecting a client, you authorize HyperGSC to send that client the results it requests within your permissions. Its provider may retain those results under its own terms and privacy policy. You must configure connected clients so that Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Authorization to retrieve reports does not authorize resale, advertising use, or unrelated processing of Google data. Revoking access stops future requests but does not erase results a client already received. HyperGSC is an independent service and is not endorsed by Google or your AI provider.

8. Reports and AI-generated insights

Reports depend on third-party data, which may be delayed, incomplete, sampled, or unavailable. AI-generated explanations and recommendations may contain errors. Review source data and use your own judgment before changing a website or making business decisions. HyperGSC does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, or rich-result eligibility. Technical audits and schema checks cover the scope described by the tool and are not a certification of your entire website.

9. Service availability and changes

Features can be affected by maintenance, security issues, provider outages, API changes, and third-party quotas. We may update or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid service where practicable. Price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy you are entitled to when a paid service is not provided as required by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time, revoke your client access, and disconnect Google. Cancel any paid subscription separately through Billing to stop renewal.

11. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration requirement or remove any right to use the courts available to you under applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated version will show a new date, and material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before taking effect where required. For questions about these terms, your account, billing, or requests to delete your account, contact Carl Brownson at help@hypergsc.com. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription; close billing separately, and contact support if payment history needs reconciliation.
