How it works

Website chat that lands in Telegram

Human Reply is live chat for your website, answered from Telegram. A visitor writes in a chat bubble on your site, the conversation opens as a topic in your team's Telegram group, and the reply from Telegram appears in the chat on your site, live.

Lena's first message in the bubble on the Casa Lira site, marked Delivered

Step 1

A visitor writes.

The bubble sits on your page, in your colour and your words.

The new topic in Telegram with Lena's lead card, waiting to be claimed

Step 2

A topic opens in Telegram.

Your group gets a new topic with the lead card: who they are, the page and the item they were looking at, how they found you, how many times they have visited, and what they wrote.

Step 3

Someone answers.

Tap Claim, or just reply. The visitor sees it in the chat on your site, with a read receipt, in seconds.

No new inbox, no app to install, nothing to keep open. The group your team already has is the inbox.

Why speed

The first hour decides the lead

A web lead answered within an hour is far more likely to become a customer. Harvard Business Review audited 2,241 US companies and found that those who tried to reach a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as those who waited an hour longer, and that the average company took 42 hours to respond.

Human Reply puts the lead in your pocket the moment it arrives. Whoever is free answers, from the phone, in minutes.

For your team

The lead card, before you answer

Every conversation arrives with context, so the first reply is a good one.

  • Who and where. The visitor's name once they give it, the page and the item they were on, where they came from, how many times they have visited, their language and device.
  • What they said. Their message, photos, videos, files and even stickers.
  • What happened before. If they wrote to you last month, the card links that earlier conversation. You remember them, and they notice.
  • Claim, Won, Lost. One tap claims the chat for an agent, so nobody answers twice. Won or Lost closes it into a record on your dashboard.
  • Read receipts, both ways. React ๐Ÿ‘€ to a message and the visitor sees "Seen by Giselle". When they read your reply, the bot marks it with ๐Ÿ‘€ for you.

A real live chat, not forward to a messenger

Most chat widgets

Most "chat on WhatsApp" or "chat on Telegram" buttons are just links. They open the app and take the visitor away from your site, and the conversation happens there, out of your sight and in text only.

Human Reply

Human Reply never sends people away from your website, and the visitor never has to open another app. They stay on the page they were reading, so they keep reading, and keep buying. Your team answers from Telegram. Every message crosses in both directions as it is written, photos and documents included, and the whole chat is kept on your dashboard.

For your visitors

Honest from the first message

Under the visitor's message they see exactly what is happening: Delivered, Seen by, Agent picked this up.

When nobody is free, visitors can still write into the chat, and the bubble collects where the reply should go: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or Messenger, whichever you switched on. They leave their request, your team writes to them once someone is back, and anything else they write still reaches you.

The Desk topic in Telegram: the team status board with I'm available and I'm away

Availability

Live when you say so

Your team's status lives in Telegram too. A Desk topic holds the board: I'm available, I'm away, one tap each. Set your business hours once. Anyone who goes quiet for 45 minutes is marked away by themselves. The chat is live when you are open and at least one person is available, and away otherwise, so a visitor is never left waiting on someone who has gone home.

If a live chat goes unanswered for a minute, the bubble steps in with the ways to reply, and the topic gets one nudge.

Team and dashboard

The whole team, no seats

Everyone in the group can answer, and nobody pays per person. The dashboard, on the website and inside the plugin, shows the week in numbers, who is at the desk, every conversation with its transcript, and analytics: conversations, how fast the first reply comes, how many were answered in time, how many visitors gave a thumbs up. And per person: who picked up how many chats, how fast they replied, how many they won, and how visitors rated them.

Make the bubble yours: your logo and team name, your colour, light or dark, your site's font or the system one, the size, the label on the launcher. It speaks your site's language by itself, and every word it says can be changed.

FAQ

What is Human Reply?
Human Reply is live chat for your website, answered from Telegram. Visitors chat in a bubble on your site, each conversation opens as a topic in your team's Telegram group, and replies from Telegram show in the chat on your site live. A person always answers.
Which sites does it work on?
Any website. On Framer, the plugin puts the bubble on your page, and on Webflow, the app does. On any other site, one line of code before the closing body tag does it.
Does the visitor need Telegram?
No. Visitors chat in the bubble on your website. Telegram is only where your team answers.
Do I need a Telegram Business account?
No. You need a regular Telegram group with Topics turned on and a bot, which you create in BotFather in about a minute. Setup walks you through both.
Does it answer automatically?
You can set an automated reply for the times when your team isn't available. Visitors can still describe their request, and the bubble asks where the reply should go: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or Messenger, whichever you switched on.
What happens when nobody is free?
The bubble says so and asks where the reply should go: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or Messenger, whichever you switched on. The visitor leaves one contact and your team writes to them from your own account.
How many people can answer?
Everyone in the group. There are no seats and no per-user price.
Can we send photos and files?
Yes, both ways. Photos, videos, documents, links, stickers: anything you need to give the best support.
Does Human Reply speak my site's language?
Yes. It follows your site's language by default, and the wording can be changed in the settings.
Does it slow my site down?
No. The bubble is one small script. It draws from settings kept in the visitor's browser and fetches fresh ones in the background, so your page doesn't wait for it.
Where is the data kept?
Our servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union, and we collect only what is needed to run the service. Your conversations are yours. We access them only to keep the service running, to fix a problem you ask us about, or when the law requires it, and that access is the minimum necessary and temporary. They are never used for anything else.
What about WhatsApp for the team?
Telegram gives developers the best capabilities. We will consider WhatsApp or another messenger as a platform if we see the demand. Write to us at hello@send.humanreply.app.
How much does it cost?
$12 a month per site, or $10 a month billed yearly. The first seven days are free, and you can cancel at any moment.
