When you use Headless Domains, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and Web3 wallet addresses when you register for an account or purchase a domain. We also collect connection data and logs related to the Agent Representation Protocol (ARP) bindings for security and operational purposes.
Your information is used to provide domain registration services, facilitate SSO integration with GFAVIP, manage your AI agent profiles, and send you the communications described in section 5. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of your data, please contact us via the contact page. Note that persistent records published to Handshake or SkyInclude may be immutable and outside of our direct control to delete.
We integrate with third-party providers including SkyInclude (for DNS and zone management), GFAVIP (for wallet, gems, and SSO), and HeliumRises Connect (for email list management, consent records, and unsubscribe handling). Please refer to their respective privacy policies to understand how they handle data shared during the provisioning process.
When you register an account, we may email you about your domains, purchases, and account activity, and about service updates, new TLD launches, and platform news. You can unsubscribe from updates and news at any time using the link in any such email, or by contacting us. Messages about your own account, domains, and purchases are operational rather than promotional, and continue while your account is active.
