I'm working on the corresponding Chromium and WPT changes. Seems straightforward.

@fdwr I think this is ready to go. The corresponding Chromium and WPT change is up for review at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6299847

…context support

- Clarify opSupportLimits() fingerprinting note: per spec §8.3.7, the
API is not intended to add entropy and current implementations do not
add entropy (information is already inferrable from OS/browser version)
- Expand MLContextOptions evolving-design note with additional
considerations now in spec §8.2.1: error handling, ultimate fallback,
  and quantized operators
- Separate SharedWorker/ServiceWorker support in compatibility.md with
its spec PR reference (#823, January 2026 CRD) so readers know to
confirm target browser support before relying on those contexts
