Change HTML Video and Audio Lazy Loading Tests from Tentative to Non-Tentative

This is intended to pair with the merge of whatwg/html#11980

• Tentative filenames removed
• Reflection tests are moved to their proper place and temporary HTML reflection tests deleted

I cant' tell if github's diff is being weird or if files have actually been removed here? Would you kindly double check, e.g. html/semantics/embedded-content/the-video-element/video-loading-attr-default.tentative.html

That's correct. 6 HTML reflection tests are deleted as part of moving reflection tests to elements-embedded.js

The rest of it is file renaming.

In the process, I noticed a couple of those video tests were mistakenly in the audio directory but they'll be removed as part of this change.

@zcorpan will do. I'll include enabling the tests in elements-embedded.js for reflection as well.

@zcorpan rebased on master and:

• updated elements-embedded.js to enable the reflection tests
• renamed tentative files that should stick around
• deleted 4 tentative files dealing with tests covered better by the JS reflection tests (note: those are the 4 deletions, and a couple of the video tests turned out to be in the audio folder in hindsight, but are deleted here.)

@zcorpan also, these two PRs are related. One fixes a bug in 2 tests in this PR, and another adds 2 tests.
I can make relevant updates to this PR or these depending on whether this one lands first.
