Fix #921: the Properties panel's Gradient section with Type and Draw - #933
Merged

Conversation
With the Gradient tool active, the Properties panel shows a Gradient section: the type buttons (Linear, Radial, Freeform) and, for a freeform gradient, Draw: Points or Lines as radio buttons. The Gradient panel and the Properties panel share the type row and the draw mode change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #921.
With the Gradient tool active, the Properties panel now has a Gradient section:
The Gradient panel and the Properties panel share the type row and the draw-mode change. The Gradient panel itself already had both controls.
Tested:
cargo xtask ci(all 7 steps); the Properties, Gradient panel and i18n tests.the_gradient_tool_shows_the_gradient_type_and_draw: no section with the Selection tool; with the Gradient tool, Type for a linear gradient, then Draw with Points and Lines for a freeform one, where clicking Lines switches the gradient's draw mode.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
