Scale Strokes & Effects now defaults to off, matching Illustrator's default. Scaling an object keeps its stroke weights, dash lengths and effect distances, unless the option is on or a command passes strokes: true.

  • Prefs::default().scale_strokes is now false (crates/engine/src/lib.rs).
  • Preference files that already store scaleStrokes keep their value. VectorCraft saves every preference, so an existing install that never changed it still has it on until it's turned off in General ▸ Options, the Transform panel or the Scale dialog.
  • docs/mcp.md now says both scaleStrokes and scaleCorners are off by default.
  • tests::rotate_and_scale now checks both behaviours: by default a 200% scale keeps the 1 pt stroke, and with strokes: true the stroke goes to 2 pt.

Checks

Rebased onto 5750786 (#63). cargo xtask ci passes all 7 steps (fmt, clippy, test, assets, brands, layers, wasm): 1,903 tests, 0 failed.

New preferences start with Scale Strokes & Effects off, as in Illustrator:
scaling an object keeps its stroke weights, dashes and effect distances unless
the option (or `strokes: true`) is on. Preference files that already store the
option keep their value.
