Fixes #433.

application:openURLs: can pass URLs that aren't files, and on macOS 27 NSURL::to_file_path() returns the path of an https URL (https://example.com/a.svg → /a.svg), so it was queued as a document to open. open_urls now keeps only file URLs (isFileURL) before converting them.

open_documents::tests::opened_files_wait_for_the_ui passes again on macOS 27.0.1 (26A434); cargo clippy -p vectorcraft --all-targets -D warnings is clean.

`application:openURLs:` can pass URLs that aren't files, and on macOS 27 `to_file_path()` returns
the path of an https URL ("/a.svg"), so it was queued as a document. Keep the file URLs
(`isFileURL`) before converting; `opened_files_wait_for_the_ui` passes again on macOS 27.

Merged via #547, thank you @imachus! Filtering with isFileURL() before to_file_path() is exactly the right fix for macOS 27's https-URL quirk, and a one-liner at that. We cross-checked the app for aarch64-apple-darwin and ran the full CI on the integrated tree.
