Fixes #231: docs/releasing.md now exists. Both "See docs/releasing.md" comments in release.yml point to it.

  • Cutting a release:
    • bump the version with cargo xtask version set
    • push to release
    • check the draft, then publish it
    • re-pushing before publishing replaces the draft's assets
    • test runs with the version override
  • What gets built, per platform:
    • macOS universal: signing inside-out, notarizing and stapling the app and the DMG, the CLI zip
    • Windows x64/x86/arm64: the PE machine-type check, WiX, the ARM64 install test, .pfx or Azure Trusted Signing
    • Linux AppImage/deb/rpm/tar.gz: the glibc 2.35 floor behind the ubuntu-22.04 runners (the subject of the second comment), plus the Flatpak manifest status
    • FreeBSD in a VM, and the web build
    • craft-fonts pins
  • The draft release job and the signing secrets table.

The workflow came from a sibling app whose document says different things. Every detail here was checked against this repository's release.yml and packaging/ scripts. For example, VectorCraft's binaries print only the version, and the web build also embeds craft-fonts' UI font. The README's contributor paragraph links the new page.

release.yml's comments sent readers to docs/releasing.md, which never
existed: the workflow was ported from a sibling app without its document.
docs/releasing.md now covers how a release is cut (version bump with
cargo xtask version, the release branch, the draft, publishing, test runs
with a version override), what each job builds and how (macOS universal
signing and notarization, Windows x64/x86/arm64 with the PE checks and the
two signing options, Linux packages and the glibc 2.35 floor behind the
ubuntu-22.04 runners, FreeBSD in a VM, the web build, craft-fonts), the
draft release job and the signing secrets. Every detail is checked against
this repository's workflow and packaging scripts. The README links it.
