Security | Infrastructure | Homelab

Hi, I'm Victor. I'm interested in security, infrastructure, and building things in my homelab.

Most of what I learn comes from working with Linux, self-hosted services, networking, automation, and lab projects, including containers, monitoring, routing, nftables, dnsmasq, and Tailscale.

  • Infrastructure: Proxmox (QEMU), unRAID, Azure
  • Containers: Docker, Docker Compose

  • Automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell
  • Security: Wazuh, OpenVAS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Tenable, Microsoft Sentinel

Fun Facts

  • I've been using Linux since 2018
  • Even though I'm Gen Z, I grew up playing retro games and still play them to this day
  • A lot of what I learn comes from homelab projects, self-hosting, and trial and error
  • If it wasn't obvious from the profile picture, I like cats
